Very efficient and good service overall, Anna assisted me, provided a good service and was understanding. I would recommend giving the clients a template to fill for the information about the packages that will be ordered, I only wanted to ship from one seller so that was easy but if i want to use the service again with several items from different sellers it would be easier to have a template sheet and fill all the information.
