What a wonderful company. I ordered the Lemon Hooded Towel and it arrived so quickly, beautifully packaged and I love the towel. It's super soft and exactly what I wanted. Can't wait to give our daughter her first bath and wrap her up in it. Thank you!!

Great customer service
I recently bought a gift for a friend from Eco Baby Box. I had a great experience with the customer service as I contacted them to include a message and gift wrapping. Nicci responded straightaway and even sent me a photo of the present gift-wrapped (beautifully) before she sent it. The delivery was really quick and my friend loved her present. I will definitely be using them again to buy baby gifts for other friends and would highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful eco-friendly gifts.

The person who served me, apologies I didn't get her name was most helpful and understanding. I visited on Saturday, 28th December feeling very anxious and stressed for fir a gift for me newborn Granddaughter who lives in New Zealand and she even helped me wrap the gift which was very much appreciated.
