I order from you guys multiple the first time you guys updates on packages are late so my package got stolen which I had to purchase the same parts from you guys again because I dident get my money back from you guys or the delivery company when I clealy had video of someone stealing the package due to you guys delay of updating package drop off . Ok now i just played another order same problem the package say it will be delivered today but im looking out the window yesterday and book FedEx truck and my package is here yet still no update to my emails from you guys that my package has been delivered early which it could of got stolen again and u guys don’t refund for that fix it asap

I ordered front rotors for my 2019 Ford escape they sent me the wrong rotor so I sent them back and now they refuse to give me my money back they said they were not in the same condition they were never put on a vehicle how when they were the wrong damn ones so I will never order off of these people again and trust me they kept the money they probably needed money for their own pocket I'm sure of that they're a bunch of scammers

The shipping time was great
The shipping time was great, the control arm was built well and fit right in replacing the factory one that broke in two. All the parts that I have ordered have been good and very reasonably priced.

I do truly appreciate his attention to detail.
I will only say if returning an item, over document/take pictures so they don’t confuse your return with another.
