Paid for parking in Canary Wharf Byng…

Paid for parking in Canary Wharf Byng Street, found the parking closed.

Customer Service impossible to reach - they reply with a standard message saying "we are investigating" even after months and refuse to refund.

Very Upset and annoyed

Paid for parking in Canary Wharf parked in the car park from the picture on the website however I recieved a £60 parking fine from National Parking Control.
Not a happy customer and will not use them again.

We regret to inform you that you parked in the incorrect space in Canary Wharf. Our esteemed hosts provide several designated parking areas for our guests around the Canary Wharf area which you did not go to the correct parking.

Unfortunately, despite clear instructions and guidance on where to park, the fine was issued because the proper parking area was not utilised and instructions were not followed by yourselves after being given multiple clear instructions on where to park.

Impossible to find

Booked online for Canning town. On arrival postcode takes you to Morrisons car park. Spent an hour driving and on foot going up and down the road in and out every exit vehicle and pedestrians there is no signs anywhere indicating where to go. Only for other companies pay to park by phone.
No answer on any of the contact information on the website. No security staff anywhere. Ended up having to pay again with the other companies who had signs up.
Desparking refused refund despite of this.
Do not use scam company.

The address, as listed online, is 99 Rathbone Street, leading directly to the Morrisons car park.

It appears there is a contradiction in your statement. You mentioned parking in the correct place but then chose to pay again unnecessarily. This decision is perplexing, as our instructions clearly detail the correct parking location.

We regret to hear about your dissatisfaction and the reported rude experience with our customer service team. Our records show that you were repeatedly informed of being in the correct parking area.

The service Des Parking provides is where personal meets professional with an face to face showing of the spots available and garages best suited to your vehicles, even happy to help when you moan because your car to big for the parking space selected Des still happily showed me other better choices, so fantastic service great parking spots and looks after his customers.
