Awful Customer Service
I've been trying to reach out to get an item returned cause I don't like how it looks and no one picks up the phone, they've removed the customer support widget, and emails are never returned. I just want to return the item and be done with this company, CoolFrames will continue to get my patronage instead.
Edit; I recieved a response on here that misses the point. You guys have terrible customer service. No online widget, no one answers the phone, no one answers emails.

Terrible customer service
Purchase with caution. I returned my item simply because the sunnies were too large for my face. They refused to provide a refund on receipt and claimed sunnies were worn and damaged. Had them on for a whole of a minute before they were put in their box and shipped back ??? Never got a response or my money back

Iam extremely happy with my cartier purchase. at first I was fearful buying from somewhere other than the official Cartier website but I called Cartier Customer service and they recommended me this site and said they're authorized sellers. Shipping was extremely fast and I received the authorized Cartier handbook plus cleaning kit five stars all around.

We fastly proceeded with a UPS claim, and you sent us videos of your front entrance to use as proof. UPS claimed the package delivered at 5:02 pm, and the footage skips from 4:58 pm to 5:03 pm. Since unfortunately, we could not use this video as proof for misdelivery, and you purchased shipping protection for your order, we submit your case to Route Shipping Protection, and they are diligently working on your case. We understand the frustration and disappointment when a package is not delivered as expected, but we can assure everything will be solved within a few days.
