Design-JR is a great service. I had no idea how to go about shortening my curtains, but they seemed to follow good standard techniques, and did the job exactly as proposed. The item was also easy to send and receive, as the complete process is clearly explained, and followed as it is stated. Very happy with final result, and good customer service.

Great service and great results. I had two pairs of curtains shortened in a short period of time. Communication was good, and the pick-up and delivery service from a locker was super handy. It’s surprising that not more businesses offer the same service.

Design-JR made a great job of shortening my new heavyweight blackout curtains. The length was just right and the finish very neat and professional and completed within 2 days. Inpost experienced a technical problem with my designated locker which delayed the return of the curtains but, even though it was beyond her control, Katerina followed the tracking, chased up the company and kept me informed. Highly recommended.

Katrina made a fantastic job of turning my curtains up , I bought them from a national company, now I wish I had asked Katrina to make them for me as she straightened all the pencil pleats for me , excellent service , thank you

We had our curtains and blinds installed yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
From start to finish Katerina kept me informed and consulted me with every detail throughout the process.
Although I had previously chosen my fabric, she went above and beyond ordering me samples along with the interlining and fabric lining for the blinds in a variety of shades so I could see them against the room.
She is an absolute perfectionist and it truly shows in the end product

We’d bought some curtains locally but due to our window size we needed them adjusting.
We couldn’t find anyone locally with good reviews.
Design-JR came up and within the distance I was prepared to travel to get what we wanted.
We weren’t disappointed.
Katerina was very accommodating, we got an upfront cost that was acceptable and arranged a time, drop off and completed return was excellent. The adjusted curtains fitted perfectly and we’re very pleased with the result.
So pleased that we’re now planning another set of curtains to be made from her directly.
We would highly recommend Design-JR.

Excellent service, beautiful product, clear communication and speedy delivery.

I bought some curtains that needed serious adjustments. I thought it would be easy to fine someone local to do it, I was very wrong! I took a punt on Design JR, seeing on the website they would take delivery and had a lot of options. I spoke to them, as I needed advice on measurements. They were fantastic sending options and diagrams etc. I used an InPost machine, so simple and tracked. Completely efficiently, and we constant communication. I collect again via InPost, so simple! The curtains are up and I'm so pleased!

Brilliant service. Products were as images. Easy to return the items I did not require. Would use again.

The product is very nice quality. Only thing I was disappointed with was their packaging, they sent it in a small box so the tassell has indents in it and so far they have not dropped out.

Would definitely recommend Design JR, Katerina is lovely and did a great job on my parents net curtains. Could not be more helpful. The service and quality was superb. I have since ordered a blind from them too it was that good. Thanks Katerina

Communication, Ketarina ensured that every single detail was confirmed and followed through. She took her time to explain everything before going ahead to shorten and make my curtains the way I always wanted. I finally got amazing curtains thanks to Ketarina. Highly recommend her

Katerina reduced the size of a Roman blind to fit a smaller window in our new house. She gives helpful prompt replies, reasonable costs and excellent workmanship. Whilst doing the job she found that the bottom of the lining had perished from sun exposure, so repaired it at no extra cost! She was also able to give me very helpful & knowledgeble advice & quote for some curtains. I will definitely be coming back to her for future projects, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others.

I needed to find a curtain maker asap.
I researched high and low and came across JR-design. The service was amazing, Katrina is very knowledgeable and her skillset 5*. Katrina kept me updated every step of the way to keep me reassured. The quality of her work is impeccable, trust me I’m very particular, I wish I found her sooner to be honest. I will definitely use JR-design again.

Great service, Katerina was very efficient. It was difficult to find someone to repair my curtains, she was able to give me a quote from photographs and I sent them to her in the mail. She repaired them immediately and sent them back within a couple of days. They now look great and I won’t have to buy new ones for a few years yet.
