Firstly I ordered a baby crib it arrived so fast I was surprised. Unfortunately it arrived with a broken wheel. I tried to contact the company multiple times with no reply and only AI answering. I waited weeks for a return or an update with nothing. I seen a lot of reviews saying they dont reply or items dont arrive or they arrive damaged which made me regret not checking reviews before ordering. After weeks and weeks of waiting and stress I was finally issued a refund even though that wasn't the deal. The deal was for DERYAN to send me a new crib because i bought it on offer. Instead they sent me a refund and told me to buy another one but it wasn't on offer anymore. After waiting over a week and longer for a discount code it wasn't enough so I bought a different crib from another company. They just waisted my time, caused me stress while heavily pregnant waiting for my babies crib just for me to end up with nothing. The service is terrible. They give you different information and later say it was wrong and they just waist your time. Don't bother buying from them because you will be very very lucky if it arrives fast in a new condition otherwise its just a waist of time and energy and very stressful! Never again will I even check their website. Not worth it.

You did very good, but DPD didn't do that good. Everything worked very fine when DPD found out that Norway is not in Netherland. I will order again, that's for sure.

Pleasantly Surprised, Higher Quality Than Expected
Super fast delivery and high quality product. I wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it is due to the cheaper price. But it is nicer than a stroller I previously spent 2x the amount of money on. Smooth Glide, Nice Harness with easy locking, Large carrying capacity in the basket, Large canopy, multiple locking levels (forward/backwards) with an easy mechanism. The seat is a tad small (from to back) but my daughter doesn't seem to mind. Would recommend and buy again !!!

It's a cheap car seat, so you can't expect top-notch quality.
I wouldn't take a trip with my child in this car seat.
I use it in my second car for short trips.
