Okay, so they asked me to put up a good review and that is not what I’m gonna do. This is a SCAM!!! We ordered products worth of 100€ which were never to be shipped! The phone number is FAKE!! I found their private phone number and pressed them for days on to refund me, which they eventually did. It took me numerous emails and texts, expensive overseas calls and so much stress but they did give me my money back. Promised they would send the package anyway, but they did not. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND THEIR WEBSITE! They do not care that it is your sick pet in question, they are emotionless and money hungry.

Happy happy happy! My dog is so much better thank you Dermagic Europe for your customer care and helpful staff. Superb products and superb results. I tried so many other shampoos with no results and although it took a few months of using the pack, the results are showing so well.

Super happy with my delivery, the Dermagic range works and the hair is growing back. Used it for 3 weeks and so positive. Thank you

Exellent store and the advice is very helpful, I have ordered my sixth pack and my dog is back to his old self. Delivered quickly and always there to help.

I spent 70€ here and I never got a notice of them sending the items out . I called they said call back
I called back they told me to call back again ..
I sent over 4emails and they just don’t answer or sent apologies but never send a tracking number or anything .

I ordered 4 months ago. I paid the money per bank at the beginning of March. I never received the products I paid for, nor got a reply to my mail or messages I left on the answering machine since nobody replies the telephone.

I ordered months ago! Never got my products, never got any sort of refund even after sending MANY mails. Always a "good" excuse to justify the delay. I Don't care. I had soooo much time to order somewhere else. I just want my money back at this point. It's a shame, don't buy anything there!

Wonderful results! I am so happy. Please look at this brand if you have been using vet products, as this is the only product that has worked for my doggie. So so happy. Thank you Lisa for all of you help in explaining to us how to use the lotions and shampoos.

Avoid at all costs. Unresponsive. Doesn’t send product. Then chasing countless times and doesn’t refund.

Don’t ever buy from the site until you want loose your money. Everything is fake, phone number is fake, you will never get order confirmation and if you try to contact you will never get response.

I have just started using the products and the results after a month are unbelievable. I thought my dog had lost his fur forever but it’s already showing so much improvement I cant wait to see the results after a few months. Lisa gave me very clear instructions on how to use the brand and delivery was three days. I will recommend to all my Pomeranian friends.

Feedback on the use of products Dermagic Europe for allopecia of the dog breed: Pomeranian Spitz.
The dog became bald a year before treatment, the skin turned black, and only the head and the tips of the paws remained. Veterinarians from two countries diagnosed allopecia X. There is no cure for this disease and the cause is unknown. As a last resort, we decided to try the remedies offered by Dermagic Europe that we had read about on the Internet. We didn't have much faith. We sent a photo of the dog and received a box with 5 products and instructions.I will say right away that the most difficult thing is to do everything according to the instructions, regularly and do not skip a day. The first improvements started after a month.The black skin began to peel off and pink skin appeared. After six months, the dog was completely hairy!!! A bald neighbor asked if he could apply the products on his bald head :)))
So, we would definitely recommend Dermagic Europe!!

Every time when i made contact with mail they were saying that i will get it next week, and even order and refund.
After some time they sort of got new owner Nigel, and he promised to fix problem in begin of June.
Nothing happend!
Today i called customer service, i gave order number, and they told that they will call back.
Looks like that 3 months is not enough.
Maybe i should wait until next year April?

Paid for 3 product 11 weeks ago. Received the invoice ( ca. 100 Euro), but never received my order. Asked for the full refund via mails, no answer.

In March last year I took on a a lovely little Pom. He had alopecia and I was told not much could be done apart from treatment with steroids and antibiotics (which made him very sick) – As well as being expensive this causes lots of problems – so I started to look for an alternative and eventually discovered DERMAGIC. I was very sceptical but was willing to try anything to help my dog and so I ordered the Dermagic system. Wonders will never cease! Within 2 days hair started to grow on the bald area and now he has a full coat of hair again. The terrible itching and scratching has also stopped. Although it was a bit messy rubbing in the lotions my dog loved it and he smelled lovely as well (wonderful bonus). This treatment really does
