I won't be buying here again

I ordered a full Shimano Ultegra groupset for almost 1200 euro. To say I was surprised when it got delivered like it was sent from AliExpress is an understatement.
You can say that them repurposing a continental tires box and all the parts not being packaged AT ALL saves on waste. And maybe I could be ok if it was advertised as such.

However, I'm sitting here wondering what feffing parts are missing or not working. A single bag with all the bolts and little bits? Only the instructions for the shifter. The chain just wrapped in an instruction manual.

The only reason I'm not returning it is because it came with the main parts advertised, they are recognised by the Shimano app as official and I don't want to buy a set with the wrong crank length.
