My experience with Delta eSourcing has…

My experience with Delta eSourcing has been extremely disappointing.

I signed up to their platform but, due to an unexpected shortage of staff, we were unable to make use of it beyond the first week. Despite explaining this situation openly and honestly, and despite the fact they can see from their own system that we only logged in at the very start, I have been met with no understanding or flexibility.

Instead, their only response has been to point to the contract and threaten me with legal action unless I pay the full £5,100. There has been no willingness to find a fair solution, only pressure tactics.

For me, this is a crazy way to do business – prioritising short-term money over long-term relationships or reputation. Businesses face unforeseen challenges all the time, and I would have expected more understanding from a company that claims to support other organisations.

I would advise anyone considering their services to think very carefully before signing anything, as in my experience there has been zero flexibility, zero customer care, and an aggressive approach to enforcing payment regardless of circumstances.

If I could give Delta esourcing fewer…

If I could give Delta esourcing fewer than 1 stars I would.

Their cusomter service is zero. A recorded message tells users 'it is our policy not to help people with registering or access issues relating to multi-factor authorisation'. I get to speak to customer services representative who curtly directs me to a video to watch which does not relate to the issue i'm having and puts the phone down on me. I have had to drop out of a procurement exercise because I cannot access their system.

Use at your own risk!

Do not use!!

Customer service is non-existent, most grumpy, unhelpful, rude agents I've ever come across in an organisation. There are plenty more superior esourcing websites out there, please don't waste your time!

Fellow commissioners… please avoid this…

Fellow commissioners… please avoid this awful company. The most unhelpful and grumpy organisation I’ve ever spoken to. Their platform authentication wasn’t working. I was trying to see an opportunity for a charity I volunteer for. They couldn’t care less and after a week of minimal reply over email I rang up to be told that they ‘don’t provide IT support’. He even suggested that I should ring the other few organisations I knew who were having the same issues to share the link to how authentication works. (I know already thanks- I use it for many other platforms). It cleared eventually and my IT helpdesk told me it was their issue. When I finally got in to follow the link for a tender opportunity… their portal told me there was nothing there. Hours of my time wasted. Avoid!

UX on this site is shocking

UX on this site is shocking. Asking pointless detail after detail - Why do you need to know the % of control a person of interest has? why do you need to know their D.O.B?

Weird.

Purveyors of spam despite unsubscribing multiple times

I am getting several emails via BiP Solutions a week, none of which I have subscribed to or given permission to receive, and unsubscribe requests are not being honoured. If you want an ethical email provider do not use this company as I will on principle never work with a company they promote.
