Purchased A Winter Jacket from DeloxUSA…
Purchased A Winter Jacket from DeloxUSA and arrived soon after. The Jacket is of good quality. I did have to change for next size up which Lara has sorted out for me at no extra cost. The staff from start to finish have been very helpful. I would Highly Recommend buying from these you won't be Dissapointed.

Exceptional customer services and my experience
Hi, I'd like to share my positive feedback on my experience with Deloxusa.
We purchased a hoodie, unfortunately, the hoodie did not fit and therefore I wished to return the item.
The customer service was excellent. Elle and Lara were exceptional with dealing with my request. i was extremely impressed with the companies drive to ensure a happy customer and quick response emails and arranging. thank you. John

Order from this website if you do not…
Order from this website if you do not want good customer service and you dont want your products be real. I ordered from them and was told my order would be dispatched within 2 days. I had waited 10 and still had no dispatch email. I then went to complain and asked for a cancellation of my order as they were being shipped from china with possibly the worst tracking service I have ever seen. DO NOT ORDER FROM DELOXUSA

Worst Quality Product I Ever Ordered
Ordered mens "coat". Product received was unbelievably poor quality. The item was totally unlined and manufactured in extremely thin felt like material. I have dusters and tea towels of better quality than this item.
Do not believe the website photography.
Website boasts a Birmingham address but if you track shipping details it came via Shenzhen airport which is in Guangdong province of China
