Tiresome emails making excuses for poor customer service. Repeating my request for refund endlessly after a 4 week wait for damaged goods poor quality and bad fit Hoka running shoes . Now trying to get the free returns label which is taking forever as keep gettting automoted emails suggesting I make a replacement option but it’s just endless back and forth emails asking for money back on poor quality long long delivery from CHINA which was misrepresented in their UK based website
So exhausting I would save yourself the bother and buy from reputable company which I didn’t realise at the time

The worst ever.. no response no shoes no refund total fraud ordered April 2 and still haven't received anything

This company is a scam. Don't use it. Never received the shoes I bought. You won't receive yours either.

Absolutely a scam. For $89 purchase I got a pair of cheap $23 boots made from thin imitation leather. The logo is clearly displayed on the lip as some kind of kids boot. I'm a grown female.
Most blatant customer scam I ever saw.
Update. I managed to get in touch. Their solution is that I pay for return postage of the cheap boots to China (surprise surprise),get to keep them (woohoo) and get 50% refund or get 100% in voucher for the store.
So. I have zero interest in getting anything from them.
I don't want to keep the boots. They are terrible quality.
And I don't intend to send them to China. The postage will be more than the boots.
So, not very forthcoming with refunds despite the fact that they clearly did not provide the item I paid for.
Never again will I buy from a site like this.
Even if they claim to be elsewhere, they are just reselling cheap Chinese rubbish

Can’t use a zero star, for the love of god do not waste your money

I haven’t got any update information about my delivery for 2 weeks. I wrote an email to inquire and only received an automated-reply email.

Said yodel had my parcel for around 14 days heard nothing so emailed the team was informed there was a delay 24 days later Dre’s eventually came absolutely gob smacked the dress is nothing at all like I ordered cheap material not even the same shape of dress I ordered

Scam site. Money taken and no goods delivered. Tracking number is fake and email response is from a bot. No matter what you email them, the exact same worded email is returned.

Purchased what was advertised as a men's luxury cashmere sweater - what arrived a few weeks later was the poorest quality 100% synthetic jumper you can imagine.
The returns process is clearly described on the website but on trying to claim a refund I was told this was not possible as the jumper would need returned to China, after several rounds of communication I was eventually offered 85% refund - at this point I filed a chargeback request with my card provider which was upheld.
I would advise avoiding this website as all the reviews seem to tell the same story of very poor quality goods and then a hassle to get a refund.

The company is listed as a British company but they are not. They charge your credit card the day of the transaction not the day of shipment. It's been 33 days and I am still waiting for a pair of shoes. When I inquired about my order, they sent me a tracking number that shows the shoes are allegedly in China and have only traveled 40 miles thus far. I contacted my credit card company to cancel the charges. I suspect the shoes were never coming in the first place.

Total scam – no shipment, fake tracking, no real support

I placed an order with Deloxusa and it has now been several days with no shipment confirmation.

The tracking number provided does not work and shows “unknown” on all tracking systems.

Customer support is non-existent. The only replies I receive are generic automated emails stating I will be contacted within 24–48 hours, which never happens.

At this point, there is no evidence that any item has been dispatched.

Based on my experience, this appears to be a highly unreliable or potentially fraudulent online store.

I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this website.

Online shop is a scam. Do not purchase from these people. My order never arrived. I have requested a refund and they just say the item is still coming.

I thought I ordered and certainly I paid for two pairs of shoes at $240 Australian. Not only did I not get the 10% discount for buying 2 pairs, but I haven’t had an email confirmation of my order or legitimate tracking information in the text that I got. And no one is answering the +44 8085310674 telephone number provided on the internet or responding to my emails. I have called repeatedly over many hours. Sometimes the phone line is busy and sometimes it rings out.

I feel I have nowhere to go but Australian consumer watchdogs, my bank and social media.

Don’t buy from these people. The order number they gave me on the webpage doesn’t match that in the text they sent to me. Nor do the phone numbers.

Oh, and they shared my email address and phone number and my credit card information with Shop and Shopify.

Frightening stuff.

Delivery times very slow and despite me asking to cancel the order after waiting two to three weeks, they sent an email back with advisory timeframes, which they then didn't meet. The trainers have arrived in poor packaging, the box has tears, and the trainers themselves are of a very poor quality. I have to email to start the refund process. I’m yet to receive a response to my request.

Ordered a $70 hoodie for a birthday gift and it as been over 45 days and still have not received.

It has been over three weeks, and the "tracking information" provided (ZC49166830599 via track718.com) is demonstrably false and has shown no status updates since the date of purchase. Despite my formal request for a refund 15 days ago, I continue to receive automated messages claiming the order is "underway."

The explanations provided regarding payment timelines are unacceptable and suggest fraudulent intent. If I do not receive written confirmation of my refund within 24 hours, I will be escalating this as a fraudulent transaction with my bank’s "Chargeback" department and filing a formal complaint with the Google Ads Safety team regarding your site's malafide practices.

Have nothing to do with this company, it's virtually a scam. Takes money and no sign of goods. Should be closed down.
