Deloxusa 

On 24 April 2026 I ordered a pair of running shoes from Deloxusa, as of today (8 June) I have not received the goods. When I requested tracking information I received an automated email saying there might be some delays. After many more emails they finally informed me, on 18 May, that the order hasn’t been shipped. I asked for a credit and as of today 8 June I have heard nothing further. Please do not order from Deloxusa before doing your research.

Absolutely disgrace. I won’t even call this a company.
Made the mistake of not properly checking out this company when ordering running shoes.
Never received the shoes, and requested a refund over a month ago. At least 5 emails back and forth and still no sign of a refund.
I’ve reported them for fraud and hope to get the money back.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS HORRENDOUS SITE THEY ARE THIEVES!

Bought a pair of jeans for my son. Took over a month to arrive and when it did, was very small sized and looked morning like the photo.
Ive tried to return this for a full refund only to be told that shipping cost to China was mine. After many emails, I finally agreed to 70% partial refund and now they have gone silent. I just want my money back.
Im still awaiting a response from Deloxusa.
Item did not match image on site, took over a month to receive, and retiring for a full refund is a nightmare.

Its been weeks and Im still waiting to hear from them for my refund.

I would not recommend this company.

DO NOT ORDER from this company!! Ordered trainers on 23rd April and nothing arrived after almost 6 weeks. Emails back and forth were very vague blaming high volume of orders and international delivery. Blatant scam. Currently going through a credit card dispute to hopefully get my money back. Avoid at all costs!!

Ordered trainers 22nd April. Still not received. Have written twice on updates saying they're very busy with orders. Avoid this company.

AVOID, avoid, avoid. I ordered trainers which took 5 weeks to arrive. When they did arrive they were the wrong size - a size and a half too big. I emailed asking for a refund as I didn’t want to wait another 5 weeks for a replacement and asked how to return the ones they’d sent. I was told they didn’t have a warehouse in the UK so I would have to pay to return the shoes to China if I wanted a refund - even though the error was theirs! They offered a partial refund or 100% store credit and I could keep the shoes. I said no thanks, I would like a 100% refund as I didn’t want to deal with them again and the shoes they sent were of no use to me. I have emailed three times in the past 2 weeks and had no reply. I tried ringing but nobody answers the number on their website. Bunch of crooks 😡

Ordered goods 13 May, looked like a genuine site and e mails confirming order and dispatch looked genuine but I am still waiting for goods and now no contact from company and phone number ringing out
Just about to try and make a claim to get money back via credit card company

I put an order for a pair of Ascics shoes for $120AUD on 24/4/2026 and l still have not received the order. The tracking number provided by Deloxusa.com (seller) was a fake tracking number which can't be valided when you track it. I have contacted Deloxusa customer care several times via email requesting a refund as l haven't received my order; however, the first couple of times they did reply to my emails advising that they were following up on my order, but last week, 21/5/2026, when l requested an update from them, they didn't reply. It's has been 6 weeks now and no information has been provided of what's happening with my order. I purchased from Australia, following a Google ad.
The people running this online store are scammers, stay away from them, unless you want to lose your money.

Much like everyone else, I feel let down. paid for 2 pairs of trainers on 23rd April and still no clear delivery date and now it’s July. Paid £140

Please note though, I had a refund from my Bank today. The bank will raise a claim against them. My advice is to call 159 and you get put through to the banks fraud team if you paid and nothings arrived.

I had been offered a 15% refund, but that’s not turned up either. I feel foolish, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, it all looked legit.

I have been advised not to return the good if they ever arrive. If they do and they are legit I don’t mind paying. If they are not I will also contact Trading Standards. I briefly considered turning up at the address in Birmingham and removing goods to the value or better still a cash refund. I dint think they are really at that address though. I am determined not to let them get away with taking good money and messing me around.

There is no question this is an outrageous fraud operation. The worst buying experience of my life. Six weeks after placing the order I gave up. A deliberate scam, perpetrated under the guise of legitimacy.

Ordered a pair of running shoes but never come, no tracking update, contacted CS, got some response saying that having issue with courier and goods are on the way and CS offered options to refund but once you confirmed to refund, no reply at all.

Terrible customer service. Do not order from them.
My product hasn't been delivered and they are ignoring all my emails for a refund request.

A bunch of scammers. I bought running shoes and they said they were dispatched with a phoney tracking ref. When contacted “customer service” a load of stock emails received and then when a refund was requested they stopped replying to emails. It takes a few mins to dispute the charge via your credit card - the more people that do this the better. Don’t let these b*stards keep your money! AVOID using this company.... Ordered some trainers over one and a half months ago and still not received them, order tracking says it is still to be processed! Also the order tracking is a complete overkill where a simply link would be suffice like other companies do... Sent a email two weeks ago got an auto reply and still not had an update! Have demanded a refund so will see what happens!

Purchased some ASICS shoes recently and it has been over a month and no tracking.
I followed up with their care team and I got what looks like an BOT response fairly quickly saying they’ll have my order shipped ASAP. Then followed up again a few days later and another BOT response saying they’ll gave me a discount, even though I asked to cancel my order.
Sent two more emails and now zero response to my communication.
Don’t buy anything from these guys as it looks like I’m getting scammed now

I bought a pair of kayano trainers from them for£62 on 1st may 2026 and what terrible experience still no sign of them no updates nothing.Ive asked for my money back but they just ignore it.There is no doubt in my mind that this untrustworthy company that exploits people and i wish i had read the reviews before buying.DO NOT BUY anthing from themUpdate23/6/26 Still not received my shoes ive asked for a refund so many times and they just ignore it.I urge you not to have anything to do with these conmen

I purchased 2 pairs of Hoka . Sent 2 wrong sizes. Did not respond to request to return, refund etc . The inside label is peeling off. I had the 2 days. BUYER BEWARE.

Avoid dealing with this company!!! Please don’t waste your time purchasing from them. They can’t possibly be legit! Luckily I purchased trainers with my credit card so was able to get my money back through my bank. No delivery after over a month and after writing to them to ask where the trainers were, I got a reply that was obviously a standard email they send to everyone which gave no concrete delivery date or prospect at all of receiving the item any time soon. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade online. Avoid!!!!

This is a fake site using fake delivery services do not buy anything from this site. I ordered trainers and they never arrived plus you can't connect them either.
