Worst experience ever!!! I have ordered a HOKA shoes from March 2026 and is almost July 2026 and up until now I haven’t received any information about the shoes or any refund this company is a full time TRASH! and I am going to sue the hell out of them!

My order was made in April and two months later still not arrived - every email and correspondence meet with an excuse but nothing material and refund not been given even after they said they would! Complete bogus company

Do not buy from this compnay. They are a scam.
Sent me confirmation of my order via shop. When it didn't arrive they offered discounts and said tracking info would come but then they stopped replying and no shoes ever arrived.

Scam, scam, scam. Items ordered in late April and never arrived. Everytime I ask them where are they, their email has been the same old message, FOUR TIMES. Now let the battle begin as I requested a refund and I know this will take ages and a lot of pain to vet my money back.

I’d give them zero stars if that was an option. Ordered some hoka trainers, they took 6 weeks to arrive by which time I’d woken up and read the reviews (my fault for not checking first) and bought some elsewhere. I told them during this wait to cancel the order as I didn’t want them but they couldn’t do that apparently. Item actually did arrive, clearly fake and so I initiated the returns process. They are trying to say I’d need to pay to return them to China. Their website says hassle free, no cost refund on returns. It’s complete BS. Do not give these shower the time of day

Same as other people below, I never got my trainers.
Every time I request a refund, the same the same thing- they’re experiencing delays and be patient. I have request refunds several times.
It’s shocking this scam company can have the Apple Pay easy shopping , I feel like it should be safer.

It was also one of the sponsored first companies I saw in google, I didn’t even realised where I was buying.

I placed an order for trainers on 23 April 2026, it is not June 12th. Tracking has remained stuck at “label created”, with no evidence that the item was ever dispatched or handed to a courier.

I contacted customer service multiple times. Early responses referenced courier delays and asked me to continue waiting. After I requested a refund due to non-delivery and excessive delay, communication stopped and no refund was issued.

Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue directly, the order was never delivered and the company did not respond to my final refund/cancellation request.

Terrible service. Advertises free uk returns but when trying to return an item they need returned to China.
Refund finally offered and accepted but 4 weeks later still waiting for refund despite many emails. The scam company no longer responds

Total scam company. Ordered some trainers in April with delivery promised by date I needed them. Dated passed so no longer needed. I emailed to cancel order and got prompt reply to a question I had not asked. Emailed again received another cut-and-paste reply to an unasked question. Third time lucky - they had issued a refund that would take 7-10 days from 16/05/2026. Surprise, surprise - it’s now 11 June and nothing, no refund, no trainers.

I don't normally review companies but please don't use this one. The jacket I ordered took almost three weeks to arrive. I emailed the company a couple of times and received some really un-useful and passive aggressive responses. The jacket eventually arrived. Pretty poor quality. Two of the poppers have already come loose from the front of the jacket and the seams are frayed after only a few weeks of wear. I've contacted Deloxusa to get a refund. It's been two days now and no response.

I ordered a tracksuit from Deluxosa 7 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I have sent countless emails and when I did finally get a reply it was just one excuse after another, the latest blaming the courier who hasn't even received the item from them.
Absolute joke of a company, AVOID !!!

Counterfeit HOKA trainers that take about a month to come. You complain and send photos they refuse a full refund and claim it is the buyer who has to pay to return the item to China - even though the terms and conditions say nothing of the sort. They then suggest a partial refund which never actually arrives. The whole process has taken months. Reporting to trading standards and anybody else that will listen.

Shocking - item took two months to arrive and was both fake and damaged. The website claims hassle free return and states an address in Birmingham. This is not the case. They have nowhere in UK to return the item. No refund issued. Do not buy from thus company

Do not use this company. I have ordered trainers over 5 weeks ago and still hasn't been shipped. I have tried multiple times to cancel the order and it's obvious it's just an AI bot the other side as it does not acknowledge anything and apologizes for the delays.

I ordered shoes from this company. I didn’t realize it was a Chinese company. The shoes arrived after a month and were not the size I ordered. The company promised to send the correct size, but then just blew me off. I finally asked for a refund instead of exchange. Never heard from them.

Unfortunately I checked them out on here AFTER I bought something with my credit card and not PayPal. The shoes arrived straight from china after two weeks and they were so poor quality you can’t even wear them without a serious health risk. They offered a refund of 70%, which shows you how bad this is as they would still make a plus with this reduction. If you can, directly request a refund through your payment provider and report them to the police as well as citizens advice.
