Paid for my order, never received the product or refund
I paid for my order on May 27, 2026. The package was never delivered.
Weeks later, I am still without the product I paid for and still without a proper resolution.
The shipment disappeared during delivery and could not be located. Despite this, I have spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to get clear answers and a solution.
As a customer, I paid for a product and expected to receive it. Instead, I have been left without my order, without my money, and without a timely resolution.
This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had.
At the time of writing this review, I have still not received the product I paid for.

We fully understand that you place an order, pay for it, and then expect it to be delivered on time or for any issues to be resolved quickly if something goes wrong. In this case, unfortunately, the shipment went missing during transit after it was sent, which prevented delivery from taking place.
As we explained to you earlier via email, in situations like this, an official investigation by the carrier is necessary. This process is handled entirely by us as the sender, and we are required to wait for the entire procedure to be completed before a final outcome can be determined. During this period, we are dependent on feedback from the carrier and cannot draw conclusions on our own or proceed directly to a final decision.
At the time of your review, this investigation was still ongoing. The process has since been completed, and we have received confirmation from the carrier that the shipment was not delivered. Therefore, we have refunded the full order amount to you.
We apologize for the inconvenience and the delay in processing. We believe it is important that every situation is handled carefully and in accordance with procedure, and that an appropriate solution is ultimately provided.
We have since canceled the order for you.

I ordered a perfume from Deloox
I ordered a perfume from Deloox, and it arrived shattered inside the box. I immediately emailed customer service and followed their exact instructions from their first email, which explicitly asked for photos of the damage, the shipping label, and the sides of the box. I sent them 9 clear, detailed photos proving the item was completely destroyed.
Because of shattered glass and heavy perfume smell the package was thrown out by my mum after the photos were taken. Days later, customer service replied asking for a video of the broken items. I politely explained that the trash had already been collected by the trash company and that I was never told to take a video in the initial instructions.
Instead of helping, they completely refused to resolve the matter, falsely claiming I "disposed of documentation" - even though I provided 9 photos and the barcode.
Under EU Consumer Law, the seller is responsible for transit damage, and keeping hazardous broken glass is not required when clear photographic proof has already been given. I am now forced to file a formal chargeback with my bank to get my money back. Terrible customer service. Unfair and unprofessional. My family is witness of everything so I am escalating this matter.

We have assessed your claim in accordance with our standard procedure for transport damage. In doing so, we have carefully examined the photos and information provided.
Based on the available images, the reported damage could not be clearly and sufficiently established, as it does not fully correspond to the typical pattern expected for this type of transport damage. Furthermore, it has become apparent that the photos you shared have been edited or altered using AI to create the impression of damage. This raises immediate doubts about the completeness and authenticity of the documentation, meaning the damage cannot be unequivocally established. We have therefore requested additional evidence, including a video, to further verify the situation.
Furthermore, in the case of damage claims, all relevant supporting documents and the product itself must be retained until the investigation has been fully completed. This is necessary in order to assess the claim carefully and objectively.
As the requested additional information was not available, the report could not be investigated further and the case has been closed.
