very Poor Quality Perfume - Disappointed

I received Guess by Marciano Men Eau de Toilette from deloox.fi, and the product quality is unacceptable. The perfume has almost no scent, and there are black particles inside the bottle.
I contacted customer service on December 4th with photos and a video requesting a refund. As of December 17th, there was no proper response.
This is poor customer service and a very disappointing experience.

Sells used products and counterfeit perfumes

I ordered 2 bottles of perfume from Deelox, both from the same brand. They arrived with completely different filling level, one is almost half full with an initiated atomizer, while the other was as you would expect a new bottle to be. In the used one, there were also very clear signs of wear on the cap and bottle. What was alarming is that both bottles had very different packaging boxes and missing sleeves when compared to the ones purchased directly from the original brand store. I emailed the brand and asked whether these are authentic products and they confirmed that they are counterfeit perfumes. I contacted Deelox customer service and they just kept ignoring my emails. Do Not but from Deelox, you will definitely receive counterfeit products and you can kiss your money goodbye.

I ordered Valentino born in roma parfum 23.7. and haven’t got it yet, i approach shipping company and they couldn’t do anything, told me to do recklamation, haven’t got answer yet, product or money back

Deloox customer service sucks

Deloox customer service sucks. Product has not arrived for 25 days after theshipment. No response on product shipment still. I have contacted them 13 days ago. No reply except generic message saying check the shipping compamy website. Shipping company website has last updated on 18 days ago and replied me to contact deloox.

Update July-2-2025
Got reply from customer service and on June 26, they offer me an option of resending parcel or refund. I replied on same day and chose refund option. Got reply back after 5-6 days on July 2 and they said” The delivery service has indicated that they are still investigating the matter and will get back to us when they have more information. We are therefore awaiting further information from the delivery service and will send you more details as soon as we receive them.”

I am really fed up with their service. Customer care phone number does not work. Email response are slow and not helpful.

This is the most disgusting online…

This is the most disgusting online store. They wrote off twice as much from my bank account as needed. I tried to contact them and find out what was going on and get my money back. One employee did not apologize, but accused me of writing to them everywhere and distracting them from work! What? Did I imagine it? This is unprecedented impudence and absolute disrespect for customers! I do not recommend this platform! Boors and dilettantes. Take care of your wallets and nerves!

Poor costume service

As in my previous review I explained that I was sent a wrong parfume and was still waiting for some kind of solution.
Today ( 8 days later ) after sending pictures of the product , barcode of the product , they have admitted that there has been a mix up .
I have now been sent codes and stickers via e-mail which I must MYSELF print ( I don't have a printer ) and glue to the parcel and return the wrong item . All this before they will take further action ( Whatever it is sending the right parfume or a refund , I have no clue )
The right thing would have been to send me the original parfume I ordered and paid for in a EASY RETURN parcel which I can the use sending the wrong one back without any hassle . And it would not have hurt to give a discount or gift as all mistakes were made by Deloox.
UPDATE : As they don't have the original parfume I ordered and paid for originally in stock ( it seems ) , I decided to keep the '' wrong '' one and got 50% refund for it . Not ideal , but I really did not want to go through so much hassle returning it .
Note to Deloox : The return policy should be much easier and efficient .

We would like to emphasize that our return process is user-friendly. The return label you received by email can be easily scanned at most post offices, so printing is often not necessary. Despite these options, you indicated that returning the item was too much trouble for you. That is why we offered you a 50% refund as an alternative when you decided to keep the item.

We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to further improving our service to better meet the needs of our customers.
