ordered a stairs master the seller gave me a tracking number that item never showed up big scam

Ordered a exercise device for 37€ and never got it. Track17 shows delivered but it never was. Communication is terrible

This is most definitely a scam site order chicken coops and tools months to get tracking number and still no coops stated they were delivered but I never got them I continued to try to get refunded the money but they said would only refund half which I argued then they said 24 dollars was all they could do and that's not even half of what I paid and as of yet still no refund

100% scam. Bought a retro gaming console. Never came. The emails replied like it was a scripted message. Don't fall for this. The prices are too good to be true as I fell for this.

Complete scam. Product doesn’t arrive. Refuse refunds.

This company is a scam. I thought I ordered from QVC. Turns out they used that company as a cover. They make vague promises and you don't get your order. They will take your money with no product. Do not order with dellberry. I ordered a mirror before Christmas and they are still emailing me with vague non answers.

This is a scam. And the worst part is they have a customer support system to respond to your emails and enquiries every time you try follow up your orders.

Don’t even deserve a 1. Total scam, took my money and never received my product. Lots of correspondence with vague promises. I work for an attorney so we’re sending a demand letter. We’ll see where that gets me.

Not even worth 1 star. This site is an absolute scam!!! Don’t be fooled and do not purchase from this company!!!! I’m dating my experience from 26/01/2025 but this has been going on since November 2024. They lie about send your package, provide a dodgy tracking number and then blame you when the package doesn’t actually arrive!!

Just a scam. Ordered a dog bed. Waited and waited , finally received a message saying that the parcel had been shipped from CHINA. Followed the tracking, finally in-country, cleared customs, out for delivery, and finally DELIVERED. Only probelm..... the package was never delivered because there never was a package. TOTAL SCAM. The company that ran the ad in INSTAGRAM was RIMSHAL. The email address was @dellberry.

Y'all are a joke. I ordered 3 dolls, 2 was for the grandbabies and 1 was for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered back in September of 2024 and here it is A week before Christmas.and.my order has been lost.. over $100 and they won't refund my money... Y'all are a piece of work let me tell ya... karma is a B***h!!!

I ordered $136.90 worth of the blanket quilts. I think it was 13 quilts. The money went through my bank so they were paid for. These were meant to be Christmas presents for my whole family. Now I have no presents and no money. Please find my order and fulfill my order or send my money back so I can find something else before Christmas. They tried with me, wanted a duffle coat thought the site was a Saltrock site and having previously seen what we wanted but the price was too cheap it’s in store at £180 and they wanted £36….. and this is a current item not clearance.
So before I got to the payment section I backed out, rang Saltrock and they confirmed dodgy site….Check the internet reports of scams and non delivery all over it AVOID

I was looking for some decent used guitars. I was going through a well known and legit service. and all of a sudden the Dellberry website came up with some outrages offers and ridiculous prices on tremendous guitars. To good to be true, right? I wrote to dellberry support. This is what I wrote:

Well I certainly don't think that PayPal would have anything to do with them. However, I am not going to directly say anything bad or negative about them, for obvious reasons. But after doing some checking, I thought it would be a good idea for other shoppers to be aware of this website. Good luck and good shopping.

I ordered a beach cart back in early august and never received anything! When I do a scearch of order it states it’s not shipped! Truly a scam!

thought this was a scam still no shipping number or unableto contact this company I have trying for over 2 weeks

I ordered a item on January 19th. It took weeks for it to ship. I tracked there fake tracking number. It was delivered in Japan and signed for. I live in California. Checked with USPS, they said it never entered the US. Emailed several times, nothing. They changed there name and are nothing more than a scam site. It's important to note, dellberry.com is a new name. It was sereneg.com.Also using loviemar.com.

Well to me fortunately I emailed there customer service and asked them " how can you sell an American made Fender Highway Star Stratocaster electric guitar.. and a 1970 Gibson Black Beauty Les Paul for $49.99 and make a profit!??!"

They responded with " we get our products direct from the company/wholesaler at very low costs which we pass on to the consumer.. please check our website and read it thoroughly as it explains everything"

Now being a guitar Luthier and having vast knowledge of Fender and Gibson guitars "assembly line" ( which in these 2 products mentioned above are HAND CRAFTED BY TOP LUTHIER PROFESSIONALS!!) I know that the $49.99 asking price was so ridiculous it made the "Chinese rip off fenders and Gibson's for $200/$300 look appealing 😜lol..
$49.99 wouldn't even by the tuning keys for these guitars ...
Like the old saying goes " if it looks to good to be true it is!! "
So no I didn't order ..an American Fender Highway is gonna cost you well over $1000 and a Gibson Black Beauty is gonna cost you closer to the $2000 price range

.. I just put this on here as a buyer beware for people that don't know much about guitars .. you can't even buy a piece of crap guitar for $49.99. .. that's how ridiculous there ads are!

Same experience as others. Paid for goods that never arrived. They say that it was delivered which is absolutely rubbish. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM written all over it. They use other legitimit suppliers website for their dodgy operations. BEWARE.

order wheelchair June 16 and received confirmed order order. 10 days later on June 26 requested ship date second email. at that time they had no order. sent them payment voucher address town ,state and zid code. on June 27 reinstated order but changed order #.on Julu I was emailed a tracking # and 17tracking.net /en as shipping company delivered Aug17 on Roscoe ,il never received at home.
