Scammers.
Bought a refurbished laptop from delloutlet.ro, it was defective and I returned it the next day. They received it and refused to issue the refund even though they were legally obligated to do so, saying that the laptop is in perfect condition when I had proof it was not. Do not buy from them, they are proper scammers with fake products.
They are "dell partners" but in reality they are not authorizated, even though they have an "authorization" number on their website.
Thanks to the bank, the matter is solved, otherwise they would have ghosted me and never issued the refund.

We take accusations of 'scamming' very seriously. To ensure every future customer understands exactly what happened, we are providing the factual timeline of this transaction:
1. The Shipment: Before shipping, every laptop is video-recorded during testing. This unit left our shop in 'Like New' condition, with a 100% functional screen and intact security seals.
2. The Claim & The 'Pivot': You sent photos of a screen covered in 'dead pixels.' We immediately offered to replace the display with a brand-new one or exchange the laptop. Interestingly, as soon as we mentioned that we have video proof of the testing and serial numbers, you suddenly refused any repair/replacement and demanded an urgent refund instead.
3. The Return Investigation: When we received the laptop back, the 'dead pixels' had miraculously disappeared—the screen was perfect. However, we found that the security seal was torn and the display bezel was forced open. In the IT industry, this is a clear sign of an attempted part-swap (trying to replace our premium parts with defective ones).
4. The Resolution: Despite the broken seal (which legally voids the right to return), we chose to voluntarily issue a full refund of 1,499 RON on March 3rd (Transaction ID: 488452683:r) just to end this interaction.
