I have been ordering the most delicious afternoon cream tea hampers, as special gifts for my family members, from Delimann of Devon for many years now. The quality of the products is absolutely exceptional and the customer service is just fantastic. It is very rare I return time and time again to get the same gift for my loved ones, but Delimann of Devon are a firm family favourite and have never disappointed. I could not recommend this fabulous company and their afternoon cream tea hampers more. I have honestly lost count of how many hampers I have purchased over the years!

Delimann Hampers always deliver excellent quality products, which have delighted many of our friends and family.
Each hamper has been delivered on the day I have requested and everything is wrapped and presented beautifully.
They are my 'go to' hamper company.

I've used Delimann Hampers regularly over the last couple of years, as a treat for myself and my husband or as birthday and Christmas gifts for family and friends. The quality is always excellent as is customer service.
Ordering is easy. We had a couple of delivery blips...both easily rectified..and not the fault of Delimann.
Highly recommend.

I had a problem with delivery of a hamper - see my earlier review. Delimann have now sorted things out to my complete satisfaction, and it is quite clear that the fault was with the delivery company, not Delimann. Thank you Zoe of customer services for dealing with a grumpy old man so professionally!

Hamper for my daughter in law who lives at no 23. Got an email from Deliman's transporter saying something like "if she's not in which neighbour should it be delivered to?" I said "me" - I live six houses away at 29. Got an email saying "ok we'll deliver it to 29." Where did they deliver it? 23, on the doorstep, in full sun. With a sticker on it saying something along the lines of "Perishable - refrigerate immediately." And then I got an email saying "GREAT NEWS - we've delivered your parcel!"

I have sent many Delimann Hampers and all have been thoroughly enjoyed by my friends and family. The Chocolate Brownies are the best that my Sister-in-law has ever tasted!

Ordered an afternoon tea with cheese and chutney for my mums birthday, great delivery, packaged well, mum was really pleased with everything in the hamper, good sized scones, great quality ingredients plenty of treats, I will definitely order again.

In December I ordered a Christmas Hamper for a family member in Scotland. Finding the right hamper and ordering was very easy and convenient with prompt confirmation of delivery date. Unfortunately, Royal Mail didn’t deliver as promised. When I contacted Delimann shortly after the expected delivery date they promptly took action and were extremely helpful. In addition, I received a fair compensation for the trouble.

The hamper arrived some days later. The feedback from the recipient on the content of the hamper was very favourable.

All in all, I’m a very satisfied customer.

Ordered a hamper for Mother's Day and was very impressed by the customer service (nothing was too much trouble), by the packaging and produce used. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing! Really great value for money. Was able to book delivery for the day before Mother's Day so everything was lovely and fresh. The scones were stunning. So soft and lovely. Honestly cannot recommend enough! A really lovely experience.

Had look at a few afternoon tea type hampers before settling on Delimann's (good range of products that would last if not eaten straight away and able to book specific day). Package arrived as requested and the contents went down very well (and quickly!).

Ordered an 'afternoon tea with Marc de Champagne Truffles & juice' as a thank you gift for my parents. Signed up to the newsletter initially which gave me a code for 10% off which was nice.

Wanted a hamper that included a bit of everything, especially the drinks. My poor mum didn't have a clue what "she" had ordered when the box arrived. She understood when she read the card. Ordering process was very easy, I like the step by step section on the website to pick your basket type, any extras etc. Easy to type out the thank you card that was going to be provided. Checkout very smooth, good to pick your delivery day and lots of information provided about delivery day and times via DPD.

My parents were absolutely thrilled with the hamper and it's presentation. You can see how it's packed from the pictures. They said the scones were absolutely gorgeous and clearly fresh. They enjoyed the jam / cream. Said the tea wasn't very strong, quite a mild tea and maybe needed to use two bags per cup. They said the juices were really strong and easily dilutable but still lovely, and the 'shortbread' was more cookie like than biscuit. Overall they really loved it and were very impressed.

I'll definitely be putting another order in from Delimann!

I ordered an afternoon cream tea (with shortbread added on) for my parents as a surprise. As we can't see them in lockdown and they are missing their grandchildren and me, I thought this would cheer them up. And it totally did the job! They said that the package arrived displayed lovely inside the box. Then they heated their scones and laid out their table and sat down for something a bit different. Everything was absolutely wonderful, the scones were so tasty (and filling - they could only manage one each) and my dad kept piling on the cream. Everything from when I ordered online and receiving email confirmations and then 1hr slot (informed by text) on the day was spot on, and the package was delivered within the 1hr slot time. And I think their hampers are very reasonably priced. I would not hesitate in recommending Delimann to anyone and I will certainly be using them again (probably my Dad's 75th in February). Thank you for cheering them up.

I ordered a cream tea hamper for my 92 year old dad's birthday. Zoe in Customer Service worked closely with me to ensure it got to him on the day, and was wonderfully helpful when I had messed up the address. Dad absolutely loved the basket. He's on his own now and struggling in Covid isolation. The basket made his day and I am so grateful!

Absolutely fantastic service from the Delliman, I've ordered a few times now and have not been disappointed! I'm told the afternoon teas are very tasty, just waiting for someone to order one for me now 😋

Ordered 34 hampers from Delimann for Christmas presents for our staff. Needed them all delivered on the same date to 34 different addresses with some added extras that we sent down to the company to be included.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience, really helpful staff for what was a fairly complicated request. Hampers were really well received and full of delicious food. Everything arrived on time and to the right places. Couldn't recommend more!
