Communication was good. Ring arrived in an enormous box; rather over the top!
Ring was smaller than expected, so I would say it was over-priced.

Impeccable service! Nothing was too much to ask. I ordered my wedding band from Australia. Didn't get to try it on however Lorel had a engagement ring similar to mine so I was provided photos to assist in how it would look. I was extremely happy with the end result and turnaround time was 3wks, from order to delivery! Highly recommend.
