What can I say? That is the question? Can I say something terrible, bad, definitely not!! Been working with DIFG for numerous of years and I can only say, keep up the good work! The Sales team is always cheery, helpful and give you an estimate time of delivery. That is what you want as a customer! Special mention to Nina, who is my main point of contact and we always have a good conversation and a laugh, which is, in my opinion, very great!! She makes you very valued!!

Delicious Idea's has to be one of the best companies for customer service. Not only are the products great, but the team are unbelievably kind & helpful.

They have their fare share of stocking issues & delays - but in a post covid, post brexit Britain doesn't everyone?

The products are the most unique & interesting out of all of my suppliers, and the DIFG team are exceedingly helpful with any & all queries, & every phone call leaves me with a smile on my face. They truly are catering's best kept secret.

I adore working with Delicious Ideas, and my customers love their products, especially the flapjacks! The team is truly fabulous and a pleasure to do business with, especially Molly and Nina. I run a small team of baristas, who squeal with excitement whenever the delivery boxes land (and we know how important it is to have a team that loves and recommends their products, perfect for a "browser" with the "munchies"). Delicious Ideas offer amazing value and so much product knowledge, I'd recommend them to anyone. I don't have the words to thank them for all they do and how much joy they give us. They are more appreciated than they will ever know.

We have worked with Delicious Ideas for almost 3 years and they have been a joy to work with throughout. Even through the pandemic when times were tight for all of us they were open honest and collaborative. We are now seeing sales go the right way and that is credit to all the hard work the team of Becci Bex and Emma (and many more!) put in.

Whenever I ring up Delicious/Sweet Ideas I am always met with an amazing and friendly and also importantly efficient service. Nina and Becci are just lovely too! We always manage to have a little giggle on the phone during placing the orders.
I am informed about new products and promotions regularly and enjoy hearing all about what we can buy. (They have sooo many amazing products and sweets on offer!)

Delicious ideas Peterborough . has so many wonderful products , when I place my order for vending , I get so much help from a lady called Nina , she explains what the products are what’s in them , tells me all about promotions and new products , even helps me to remember what I normally order so I don’t run out or I forget to order , Nina is an asset to the company , a very good sales lady , it’s a pleasure speaking to Nina ,
