I don't think I have ever had a better customer service experience than with Delices Defendus. I've had bad experiences with similar companies in the past (especially regarding shipping) and had some issues with them as well which they (unlike other companies in the space) took in stride, fixed, and even improved on! They take minutes to answer emails, are friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to provide every customer with the best possible experience.
They take into account customer opinions and advice and readily use that to improve their service, something you just don't see these days. Easily one of the best experiences I've had with an e-commerce platform.
