Here I’ve had the best experience so far when it comes to customer service. In addition, all the toys are high quality and feel really great. By now, I own 7 Toys from them.

I've bought my first toy Loona in September and they were very kind and told me every specific details about my package too.
I didn't expect them to be this kind and trusty since it's way far from where I live!
I loved the product so much and it's worth every penny for sureee!
I love and want more of their products and always want to support if I can!

Shipping was a concern but thankfully it was done right and the only issue was the shipping company having some employees who are lazy and make it more difficult to retrieve the merchandise, but worked out in the end.

As for the quality of the toy.
From personal usage the overall damage is minimal to none.
Early washable and can stretch to wash the insides after usage.
You can also heat it up with water or warm blanket or any ideas that won't burn you, the warm sensation gives it all more enjoyment but isn't required.

Price is hight true, but for the quality it's worth the money nomatter what you're into.

Had a small bit of trouble with the wrong tracking number, but it was immediately remedied when brought up. Great product and customer service. Would purchase from again honestly

Delices Defendus is one of the few makers, of rather unique adult toys, and from amazingly high quality and material.
