What a lovely coat
What a lovely coat. The hood covers well and sits so nicely above my head and shoulders.I have mentioned before the pocket are not deep enough But that’s fine because the coat is so warm nd well made. Good quality definitely the Best Buy this year.

Love this coat
I have been looking for a navy woollen fitted coat for a long time but hadn’t been able to find one that looked good, was reasonably priced and came in navy. Well now I have! I was fully expecting to have to send it back as the price was really good compared to many other brands but it is lovely. It fits really well. I generally buy a size 12 but occasionally have to go up to a 14. I debated on size but went for the 14 and am glad I did. It is super comfy with plenty of room to move round the shoulders even with a jumper on, and best of all it is really warm without being heavy.

A great coat and great fit.
The coat I ordered is just what I wanted and have been looking for for a long time. Timely emails about delivery. A very efficient and professional service. However... the 4 stars reflect the item being too tightly packed and therefore slightly crumpled. I'm hoping the creases will drop out over time. If not, I'll drop it off at the dry cleaners for a quick press. All in all, a great experience. Will definitely shop with De La Creme again in the future.

Fantastic customer service. Wrong item delivered. When I contacted customer service via their messaging service I quickly received a call back and a promise to send a replacement out immediately. Very happy with the coat received. Just like photos and true to size. 100% for quality and customer service.

They had a great selection of coats & I found a lovely cashmere one with a hood that I loved. It was carefully packed without over packing & I'm really pleased with the quality.

De La Crème sent out a lovely coat
De La Crème sent out a lovely coat, however it was it was a bit too small when I added layers of jumpers. De la crème was able to accommodate me and send out a new one just in time for Xmas. The coats quality isn’t great and it looks identical to the pictures. Will be shopping here again.
