After purchasing the Moorland boots for the start of the shooting season and being delighted with them I thought I would purchase some new waterproof over trousers. They, like the boots, are exceptional!

Ordered the nubuck care kit and received it damaged emailed dedito and they got back to me in less than 24 hours and sent a new care pack for nubuck boots out and received it within 2 days would recommend better packing if liquids are involved overall good service

Website good, delivery time good, packaging fine (box inside a postage bag), wellie boot looks decent. 2 problems..1) couldn’t zip up boots around calf. Ordered a size 10.5, have 46cm circ calf, very narrow. 2) had to pay over £10 to return boots at post office.

Boots made in China so the fit is ridiculous. Unhelpful staff on the telephone almost accuse you of stupidity when asking about size.
They also recommended that I order 2 pairs and return size which doesn’t fit at my own expense rather than give a true and accurate description of their sizing.
The size up was not bad (their recommendation again after the correct size was so small), but the ankle is ridiculously tight (I have slim ankles). What’s the point of having thigh area on wellies adjustable if the ankle is so tight and not adjustable.

I ordered a waterproof jacket and trousers, tbh the jacket is okay, but the trousers I have only worn on 3 occasions when it's been raining and my trousers have got wet on both knees...I was really disappointed as they wasn't cheap and apparently only have a six month warranty and it's been 10 months as they were a Xmas present, so Dedito can't do anything to resolve the issue....So I would not recommend these trousers especially as they are £60 a pair 😞

The order process was easy and the boots delivered quickly. This is my second pair of Dedito boots. I knew I would need a half size larger than normal.

I value the boots for their low maintenance and light weight. My first pair were used almost every day and I got 10 months out of them before they started keaking. Not really hard wearing and I'll be more selective about how I use the new boots to extend their life .
