Delivered when expected, although the lorry's trolley wasn't able to lift the pallet about 5cm onto the drive. However I've used them many times before and would do so again.

Great communication and the delivery exceptional
We ordered a sample which arrived promptly and then ordered 3 tonnes of pebbles.
I had a question about the preferred delivery date. This was answered promptly.
The stones arrived on our nominated delivery day. The driver was friendly and helpful. He left the stones exactly where I asked. Thank you.
And thank we just had to distribute them!
All done now and they look great. We are so pleased with the result.
Perfect service and quality material!! Pallets taken easily to the right loction for ease!! 100% happy
Easy to use ordering system and delivery was perfectly managed
What a horrible experience, my wife was left in tears.
The van driver said he couldn’t deliver to the rear of our property where all of our other deliveries are made. This meant that we would have to barrow it around building work to the rear of the property.
This might have been an easy task if we had been maybe 40 years younger! I then asked if he could at least take the pallet away with him to save the waste but he refused. When I said I was not happy about the waste of a good pallet he then proceeded to pull the delivery off our property and dump the pallet outside on the public footpath in protest.
The gravel is just as we ordered but the whole experience has left both of us shaken.

Easy to navigate website with lots of helpful information. Regular updates from order through to delivery. Delivery person really helpful and friendly and delivered directly onto our driveway as we requested. Arrived on promised date and within timescale given. Finished garden looks amazing with 40mm graphite grey slate chipping. Will definitely recommend this company and can’t believe how there are so many bad reviews. It’s like people were talking about a completely different company! Ours was a very positive experience.

They hide the fact that their carrier will not deliver bulk bags onto a driveway. If it wasn’t for the help of a neighbour, I would still be moving shovel loads now.

Horrible experience !!!
Although we have paid for their next day delivery - they couldn't deliver for the next two days, we had to pay labour cost to the men we hired although job couldn't be done.
The sales person and the manager we got in contact were less than helpful and understanding... THEY DID NOT CANCEL the order NOR REFUNDED either, due to our order being in delivery (although due to their fault)
We ended up having paid extra labour... They didn't care at all.
Ordered a shipment for 800KL of decorative stone gravel and I am sure - I dint weight it - but at least 10% of the weight was simply dust!!! What a scam, they aftersales customer team is so pathetic and patronising treating you like idiots as now they have their money so they dont care.
What a scam "don't care not our problem etiquette" company they are.
Not to mention that i specifically asked to have the delivery placed on a specific place so that no obstruction was caused, and they just went and placed it in front the drive and couldn't use it for days until the goods were being moved by hand...... embarrassing!!!
Wish I'd read the reviews. These people seem to think once they give something to the carrier its no longer their problem.
Ordered on the wednesday for friday delivery. Had some long story on Friday from the carrier but was promised it would be there on the Saturday. (Later found out they don't do saturdays).
Eventually turned up on the Tuesday with an "urgent" order- told them to take it back.
Cost me money to pay the builders on Saturday who had no work to do.
Not even an apology......
Don’t bother. Waste of time. Pay a premium for delivery and they allegedly forget to put the order on the wagon. Then can’t guarantee deliver the next day despite the job requiring it. Order cancelled won’t ever use them again.
Despite specified delivery date and extortionate delivery fees, our stones did not show up on time. as of now, they are still not here - and Decorative Aggregates does not appear to give a damn.
"The delivery company was too busy" was their reasoning - with no compensation despite the wait and workers arranged and booked.
Indeed poor, and I would not recommend this to anyone!
I ordered stones on 29th March 2025 and paid £75 for delivery on 4th April 2025. I organised for workers to be there on the 4th to get started with the stones and complete the work. The stones didn't arrive, I lost money as I still had to pay for the workers who couldn't do the work due to the stones not arriving. I made several phone calls and was advised the stones would be there the next day which was a Saturday. They did not arrive and no phones were answered past midday as they are closed on Saturdays.
I had a further phone call where they changed the courier and I finally received my order on 9th April 2025 and had to reorganise for the workers to attend. I spoke to the company and explained that I wasn't happy paying £75 delivery when it arrived 5 days late and I had lost money because of it. They apologised and advised they would refund the £75. It is now the 7th May, nearly a month after that promise was made, with several emails requesting the refund and several promises that it has been done. And still no refund.
The company are awful at communicating and have made several promises to deliver and refund and then not completed them. I would not use this company again and would advise others to give it a wide berth. I read all of the reviews and decided I would give them the benefit of the doubt and very much regret that decision. That is why I have put the review on here, to prevent others getting the same awful service.
Whether I ever get the delivery refund is still unknown.
Update - 21.05.2025 after several phone calls and numerous emails I have eventually got my delivery amount refunded.
Excellent service. Stones delivered as promised.
The calculator was a great help as once the bags arrived I thought I had ordered too much, but actually spot on with no wastage.
Thank you
Update: Despite calling them 5 days before delivery and getting verbal confirmation (as they didnt reply to the email i sent on order as per instructions online) then are refusing to accept that their website DOES NOT say kerbside delivery only because if it had i would not have used them. How is a disabled person with mobility issues supposed to move 26 f***ing bags of gravel.you were asked and YOU LIED. Utterly despicable company no wonder you have so many s**t reviews. Shame i cant add the screenshot of delivery instructions on your website which does not state you dump your crap product on a public walkway and leave a middle aged woman on crutches sobbing in the street with no means of moving it. Several bags were stolen over night but ill be damned if i will get replacements from this awful ableist company
Totally stressed out. I gave explicit instructions explaining that delivery after 2pm will be impossible because of Friday prayers at local mosque then school traffic. I emailed and telephoned to clarify this and ensure they understood the importance of relaying this info to the unnamed courier. I live on a terrace street so there is NOWHERE to leave this and I'm disabled so can't move this myself
SO GUESS WHEN THEYRE DELIVERING
I'm so angry and upset that this company are so dismissive and I have no choice as I have people booked to do garden tomorrow. I've taken time off it's infuriating when no one can follow basic instructions
THEY DUMPED ON THE PUBLIC PAVEMENT AND TOOK OFF WITHOUT HELPING. IM DISABLED AND THEY ABANDONED ME WITH 26 BAGS MOST OF WHICH WERE RIPPED THANKS TO THE NAILS STICKING OUT OF THE PALLET. IM DISGUSTED THAT IVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THIS IDEA OF DELIVERY.
DO NOT ORDER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! I’ve read through the reviews and lots of other people have recently experienced the exact same as me. We placed our order 2 weeks ago for one 850kg bag of stones (ready for the bank holiday weekend). We were given a delivery date of Thursday 17th and booked the day off work to collect it - it never turned up. Contacted them and they gave the same jargon they’ve been giving everyone else “we’re not responsible as we use a separate company for delivery”, which is a load of rubbish as i purchased the stones through them which makes them liable. They then rescheduled the delivery for today, and so we booked another day off work. We called up to ask if they had an approx time and were told 3-5pm. We’ve stayed in all day and yet again the delivery has not showed up. We called them one last time, the woman said she would check with the delivery driver and call us back… we waited and waited for a call, only to find out the office closed 20min ago so the worker had no intention of ever calling us. £265 including delivery and 2 weeks of our time wasted. Genuinely never experienced customer service as bad as this. I highly suggest “Stone Warehouse” instead.
Non deliver and dont care attitude - ordered 4 pallets for guaranteed delivery wed 16th in time for Easter gardening project the only time i have available to do it - 1 pallet arrived n time 1 arrived today and the other 2 who knows - i asked them to collect as they are now no use to me as i wont have time ... they want me to pay for collection ... terms and conditions Blah blah .... blamed carrier but my contract was with them - shocking lack of customer service - will ever order again
I ordered 2 bags of the of Cotswold cream stone 4 days ago, it was delivered very quickly, the whole process was so easy. Service was friendly from the beginning and the gentleman that delivered it was super helpful.
They made this a pleasurable experience from start to finish, I will be recommending them to friends and family!
Ordered 50 bags of slate chippings, delivered on the agreed date and moved the palet to a safe place.
Stones very dusty, but I guess it is normal. Right colour.
Bought a tonne of mixed slate on Monday and it arrived the next day without additional charge. Lovely stones for pond edging with a couple of really big feature pieces.
