Worried but turned out good

Ordered a few canvas photo frames using Wowcher in the past. All arrived ok and great value.
Just ordered another and a few days later I was given tracking details from Wowcher. Tracking did not exist. Looked on Trustpilot and started to get worried. Called decomattters help line and they said order still getting processed and Wowcher tracking was incorrect. Frame arrived a few days later in perfect condition.
I would use again as service has always been great and good value products.
Problem is most people only review if they have bad experience.

What an absolute joke

What an absolute joke, not only is the website dreadful to use they only except PayPal for payment. Wowcher need ro take them off their system

Dreadful scammers

Dreadful scammers! Agree with most of these reviews - never received my goods. Lesson learnt always look at reviews before purchasing. Ordered through Wowcher but never received my goods like most ptople on here -AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I'll Never Order Here Again

Ordered a canvas for mothers day, when it finally arrived, about an eighth of the canvas was blank white. When I contacted them about it, they told me that was what I had ordered and to check my account. I spent ages getting the image right before ordering and I didn't have an account as I checked out as a guest. Awful customer service, products are probably worse. Had to throw canvas out as it wasn't fit for purpose. Never again use this place

SCAM!!!

I found a voucher deal on Groupon about customized stickets
I went to their website and applied voucher to the prodcut. When I was about to pay for the final amount, their website do not allow me to pay dicounted price. I spent about an 1 hour on chat with them still they did not able resolve the issue & finally cut off our chat with my consent. Do not buy any deal from them not worth it at all.

Order not received

I have never ever left a bad review, but after the very poor customer service I have received or not received should I say, I feel that I need to, to prevent other customers having to go through the same issues.
I only wish I looked in advance to see what other people were rating otherwise i would not have planed my order via Wowcher.

Charged twice for postage.

I used a Groupon coupon for wheelie bin stickers, and then you pay an extra £2.99 for postage. No problem. Unfortunately during the ordering process there was some kind of error. This resulted in me being charged twice for the postage. When I pointed this out they just ignored me. After four attempts to get a refund with absolutely no response I just gave up. No point in flogging a dead horse. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service really sucks.

Very poor customer service standards

I ordered dustbin house numbers via Groupon. The code didn’t work and after many emails to Decomatters they kept telling me the code was correct and kept reiterating the redemption process (which didn’t work). I asked for them to ring me to discuss the issue, but they never got back and are now ignoring my emails.
Would definitely not recommend them or purchase from them going forward.

Large canvas

I ordered a large canvas of one of my favourite photos from this company and I can't fault it. Great customer service and a beautiful product. Would definitely recommend.

Outdoor curve door sign…

I purchased the outdoor curve door sign and number 30/03/2021by October 2022 the number and wording had been washed away. I emailed Deco Matters and they said it had passed the guarantee. Bearing in mind that this was just over a year. For something that supposed to be an outdoor piece of decor should have longer guarantee I asked for my money back got refused.

Christmas order still not arrived

I ordered personalised products from Deco Matters, through Pigsback.com on 2nd December 2022. They took payment and sent me order confirmation and said order would take 1-3 weeks to arrive. I contacted them several times week before Christmas and 21st December they said my order had shipped and was on way. They gave me a Royal Mail tracking number. 7 weeks since I placed this order there is no sign of it arriving and no update on the tracking number. Deco Matters have not replied at all since 21st December. I've asked Pigsback to help several times and they've said they are also unable to get a response from Deco Matters. Neither Pigsback or Deco Matters has refunded me for this order. It is very frustrating. Pigsback have replied many times but I still have no products delivered, no update from Deco Matters and no refund from either company. Deco Matters does not have the 'contact the seller' on my vouchers on the Pigsback website, which makes it even more frustrating trying to get an update from them. It's not entirely Pigsback's fault but they are still selling several products from Deco Matters on their website, so this is bound to happens to other customers. Be warned and do not buy from Deco Matters through Pigsback, in my opinion its not a safe company to order from.

SCAMMERS, DO NOT PURCHASE

If I could give it no stars then I would! This company is an absolute disgrace and by reading everyone else’s comments it is very clear they do the same thing over and over again! DON NOT BUY FOR THIS COMPANY!! how they are still trading is beyond me! No communion, ignored emails, fake tracking numbers and no orders received, talk about a scam!

Order from elsewhere!

Ordered through wowcher, advertised 10 day delivery, next day dispatch etc. I placed an order on 5th December, an important Christmas present. On 10th it said dispatched but they provided an invalid tracking code. Live chat was switched off, I repeatedly emailed and got no response. When they did respond it took them days to provide a tracking code with Evri. Evri showed that they hadn’t even received the item, this was on the 18th. The customer service is shocking, just replying with the same answer over and over again. I paid £10 delivery charge and it has only now been delivered on 29th December. Don’t order with Decomatters unless you like waiting and being totally ignored.

Terrible quality and no customer service

I purchased personalised socks and submitted a picture. the final socks cropped and distorted the photo and looked nothing like the image submitted. The socks were also long tubes and not sock shaped at all. I complained to the company but have not had any reply. Very disappointing and I definitely do not recommend.
