I am actually VERY pleased I did not…

I am actually VERY pleased I did not read the reviews before purchasing as I probably wouldnt have ordered. I ordered from wowcher, did the customisation on Decomatters, they were dispatched by stickerwall and delivered by Evri. I emailed customer service as I couldn't remember if I uploaded the correct photos, I had a response the next day. Delivery was fast. Canvasses are better than expected

Ordered 2 canvasses in January

Ordered 2 canvasses in January. I have been emailing them with no reply! I did receive 1 reply in February to say they’d been sent ny Royal Mail. I checked Royal mail and it says waiting for parcel! We are now in March and still no reply! I’m so annoyed.

Ordered in wowcher for a party, ordered and was shown a delivery date. Due to be there on 19th Feb
Then absolutely nothing, Ive tried contacting multiple times there was one reply saying its on the way - still not arrived - got money back from Paypal - DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Poor quality wrong font colour bury and don’t respond other than to wash to change font colour

Ordered via Wowcher they send wrong front colour send sparking silver rather than white. Really poor quality. Wish I had looked at this first. The signs very poor anyway and blurry font. The reply advise was to wash it. Obviously washing it didn’t change the font colour. They have ignored all contact since.
Updated 14 Feb now been sent a new sign with damage and part of one of the letters missing. No quality checks at all.

If I could leave a zero star rating I would!!!
Ordered a banner through Groupon. These are advertised as usually being £14.99 plus postage. Received my item after paying £4.99 postage rather than the £2.99 postage Groupon advertise. I cannot even describe how bad this is!!! It was wrapped in an invoice which was thicker paper than the actual banner itself. The quality of the print is poor, faded almost. My 10 year old niece could’ve made me a better one. Contacted them and sent photos but heard nothing since, apart from the annoying ‘we have received your email and will deal with it but are busy!’ I’m sure you are, dealing with unhappy customers!!! Will be complaining to Groupon too as you’re ripping people off with this poor quality rubbish! AVOID BUYING FROM THEM!!!

Great Wowcher experience

I bought a Wowcher for an A3 canvas on January 11th, I redeemed it immediately through the Deco matters site. I bought it without actually checking Trust pilot so I was surprised when I saw the reviews and I was genuinely worried my order wouldn't turn up. However, they gave me a delivery date of January 16th. On January 14th I had a notification that I could track my order and it was delivered on the 15th! The order was well packed and the print on the canvas was great quality, I was really impressed. The price was good too by using the Wowcher. It was £2.99 to buy on Wowcher and then £7.99 delivery. So, £10.98 for a personalised A3 canvas is a great price in my opinion. The only thing that confused me is when the package was being delivered by Evri, they called the company Stickers Wall Ltd. It seems there is a company with that name so I don't know if both companies work together or if they're actually the same company. Either way, I would use them again.

Horrific company to deal one, advertise one price and charge you another. Never respond to emails or if they do it’s a load of gibberish. Do your mental health a favour and do not order from them.

Scam company!! I wish I read the reviews Beforehand. This company is a scam. I ordered three canvases on the 9th of December and I still haven’t received anything after multiple emails. They send an automated reply saying they will get back to you within 2 to 3 days and then they don’t. I received email saying they are sending them out and then no tracking updates so they haven’t sent the items. Absolutely disgusting service and company. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back Via my bank. Don’t think you might be one of the lucky ones who gets the product because they have a few five star reviews likelihood is you won’t.

No communication from them

I ordered 2 canvasses via groupon on one voucher and received one. Both were for Xmas presents. Was told a second voucher was sent to order the second canvas, and as I hasd on;y recived one, despite 2 being on the invoice, I ordered the 2nd one again using the other voucher. I ten received another canvas, but it was charged on delivery only and now I have had an email to say my order is now on its way. So far, I have been charged for 2 canvasses on one invoice and for just delivery on the other invoice, for which I now have an email to say this one is now on uiut's way. I have emailed them loads of times explaining what has happened, but they NEVER reply. All I get is a bog standrd email to say my email has been received and they are very busy but will rewply in due course, buit they never do. This all stated at the beginning of November. I will never use them again as they are damn useless.

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.
Am still waiting for my order to ship!

I emailed them to ask where it was. They replied with a generic “your item’s on its way” email with a link to ‘track’ it. Clicked the link - it takes me to the order page saying they’ve got my order and will let me know when they’ve shipped it.
Emailed again several days later - still no response.
Absolutely woeful. They’ve stolen my money.
They’re not responding to comments here.
Can only conclude they’re a scam website.

After reading all of these highly negative reviews, I am coming on here to put any doubts to rest! I purchased 3 large canvas prints that should have cost £46.99 each but I only paid the £8 postage using the 5pm.com deal that I purchased. I only did this last week and have already recieved my canvases and they are beautiful, could not be happier. Thank you DecoMatters. Well deserving of 5 Stars 🤩👏

I recently ordered two canvases from Deco Matters and I have to say, I’m genuinely impressed! The quality is fantastic the colors are vibrant, the material feels sturdy, and the prints are exactly as shown on their website. They’ve completely transformed my space.

Delivery was super fast, arriving in under a week, which was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t receive any tracking information or delivery updates, so I was initially a bit concerned, but the canvases just turned up safely at my door. It’s possible their emails went to my junk folder. Despite this, the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free.

I can see why some people leave mixed reviews, but for me, the end product and speed of delivery outweigh the lack of tracking info. My canvases are perfect, and I would definitely order from Deco Matters again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for high-quality, ready-to-hang artwork!

Useless!! Avoid!
