I absolutely love Decantx. I have not had any issues with this company. The selection is vast and the shipping is super quick. I am a repeat customer of at least 4 or more orders.

Stephanie, we're so glad to have you keep coming back.
You've now trusted us with four or more orders, and knowing that each one has been a good experience is something we're genuinely happy about. We work hard to keep our selection growing and our orders moving, but it's customers like you who make that work worthwhile.
Thank you for being such a wonderful supporter of DecantX. We hope to keep giving you reasons to come back for many more orders!
Superb experience

Thank you for the wonderful review Erick!
We've learned through plenty of trial and error just how important proper packaging is when shipping fragrances. It's taken a lot of small adjustments over the years to get things right, and we're still learning and looking for ways to improve with every order.
We're glad you appreciate the attention to detail. We truly appreciate you choosing DecantX, and we hope to serve you again soon!
I’m rating this 3 stars because the…
I’m rating this 3 stars because the perfume labels are missing. I purchased two perfumes, and both arrived in cases of the same color, which I actually liked. However, there is no way for me to tell which one is YSL and which one is Lancôme.
Without labels, I can’t confidently identify which scent I prefer, so I also can’t make an informed decision on which larger bottle to purchase next. That really defeats the purpose of buying samples in the first place.
The packaging is beautiful, and the containers feel high quality. I also really like the color. Adding a simple label with the perfume name would make the product much more useful and would directly support customers who are sampling fragrances before committing to a larger purchase.

Hi Faith, thank you for your feedback! We actually do label our premium atomizers. The label is located on the inside of the casing.
To view the fragrance name for each item, please follow these steps:
1. Hold the top and bottom of the atomizer.
2. Gently twist both sides in opposite directions.
3. The inner perfume vial will rise or extend out.
4. Carefully pull out the vial. The exact fragrance name and concentration are printed directly on it.
5. To close it, insert the vial back into the casing and twist in the opposite direction.
We hope this helps!

Thank you Matthew!
We've always felt that spending $10 on a fragrance sample shouldn't mean spending another $7 just to get it delivered. That's a big part of why we've worked so hard to keep our prices competitive and offer free shipping with no minimum purchase.
We're glad you appreciate that Matthew. Thank you for trusting us with your business, and we hope to keep making it worth your while!
Customer service is top notch
Great prices, fast shipping, amazing customer service! I’ve ordered from decantx a few times and the one time a vial broke, I was able to contact through the contact form and received an email and a refund right away.

Molly, thank you for such a lovely review!
As much as we'd love for every order to go perfectly, we're a team of humans, and every now and then things go wrong. What matters to us is how we handle those moments.
We're incredibly fortunate to have an amazing customer service team that's always happy to step in and make things right. And we're just as fortunate to have customers like you, Molly, who give us the opportunity to do exactly that.
Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and for continuing to put your trust in us. We really appreciate it!

We appreciate you choosing DecantX and hope our collection gives you plenty of reasons to keep exploring. Thanks again for the support!

the site was easy to use, and had lots of options… i wish it would deliver a little quicker but that is not a big deal to me at all.

Zachary, thank you for the kind review!
We've spent a lot of time trying to make browsing our collection as easy as possible, so it's really nice to hear that the effort has paid off.
We also appreciate your honesty about the shipping. Between the volume of orders we're processing, where each package is headed, and the occasional unpredictability of shipping carriers, delivery times aren't always as consistent as we'd like. It's something we're constantly working to improve.
Thank you for the five stars and for being so understanding, Zachary. Hopefully, we'll be able to shave a few days off the wait next time around!
Big collection and good discounts!

We believe having a great selection means a lot more when you can actually afford to explore it. That's why we try to run sales as often as we can, giving our customers more opportunities to try something new without breaking the bank.
We're glad you've been able to take advantage of both. Thanks for shopping with us, and we hope you've discovered a few fragrances worth coming back for!

To anyone reading this, Raymond has been a wonderful customer of ours for years. He even reached out during Hurricane Helene just to check that we were all doing okay. That's the kind of person he is.
Even when we've made mistakes along the way, Raymond has always been patient, understanding, and willing to give us the chance to make things right. Believe me, having customers like that makes our jobs a whole lot easier, and we don't take it for granted.
Raymond, thank you for this review, but more importantly, thank you for being such a pleasure to work with all these years. We genuinely appreciate you.
And for what it's worth, we'd like to give you five stars right back!

We appreciate you giving us a try and hope you're enjoying what you picked out. Looking forward to having you back!

Thanks for the five stars Matt!
We know there are plenty of things you'd rather spend your money on than shipping fees, and plenty of things you'd rather do than wait around for a package.
Glad we could make both a little easier for you. We appreciate you shopping with us and hope to have you back again soon!

We're so happy to hear that Chris!
There's always a certain peace of mind that comes with knowing you've made the right purchase, especially when it comes to fragrances. We're glad we could give you that confidence, and that everything met your expectations.
Thanks for giving us a shot, Chris. Hopefully, we've saved you a little time, some money, and a few trips to the fragrance counter along the way!
RANCID perfume. Zero accountability
I ordered decants of my signature scent to keep in purse, desk, etc. They were RANCID. I emailed them and they said they’d investigate. I followed up with them a week later and they’re like “yeah we investigated, our products are authentic”. That’s not what this is about! I know what this is supposed to smell like! It can be authentic and still be old, stored in heat, exposed to light, etc. They took zero accountability and obviously lied about investigating. They lost a customer forever, and I’m a fragrance lover that frequently orders small decants to try different things. Never again.

Best Decant Service
Best source for decants of authentic fragrances. Best selection, well packaged, quick shipments and reasonable prices. Plus fragrances come in a twist turn travel format that fits in my pocket and stacks nearly in a bathroom drawer. Can’t beat them.

Tim, calling us the best decant service is quite the compliment, and we're happy to hear we've been treating you well!
We spend a lot of time working on the little details, so it's especially nice to hear that our atomizers have been as practical and convenient as we'd hoped. It's always rewarding when the things we've put thought into actually make a difference for our customers.
We truly appreciate your support, Tim, and hopefully your next experience with us will be just that little bit better and worthy of that fifth star!

Fast shipping, and the decants are on point every time. This was my 3rd or 4th time ordering, but I decided to get a couple 32ml samples this time around. Everything was legit and good to go. Will definitely order from them again of course!
