Stronger with you intensely
Stronger with you intensely is a awesome fragrance. It perfectly encapsulates love and romance in autumn. This was stated by the wife, so I know it's legit.

Purchased 3 5ml bottles of Baccarat…
Purchased 3 5ml bottles of Baccarat rouge 540 extract and all 3 had been cut with so much alcohol, you barely could smell the fragrance. This seems to be a common problem. This fragrance is expensive and if dont know any better, a customer might not challenge the authenticity of this product. Decantx should be ashamed. Decantx does not respond to complaints in a timely manner either.

Marcellus, we're sorry that your experience with us has been disappointing, but there are a few things in this review that we feel deserve some clarification.
First, we want to be absolutely clear that we do not dilute our fragrances. Every sample we sell is decanted directly from an authentic, original bottle. We never add alcohol, water, or anything else to alter the fragrance. This is something we stand firmly behind.
As for the lack of accountability you mentioned, we'd respectfully disagree. Our customer service team responded to every message you sent, typically within just a few hours of receiving it. We reviewed the information and photos you provided and offered you two options: a replacement from a different batch or a refund for the full amount you paid. We've also followed up several times in hopes of getting this resolved, but unfortunately, we haven't heard back regarding which option you'd prefer.
We're a team of hard working people who put a tremendous amount of effort into doing right by our customers. We certainly aren't perfect, but when something goes wrong, we don't turn our backs on it.
Since we haven't been able to reach a resolution together, we've decided to issue a full refund to your original payment method. We understand that you're unhappy with your purchase, and while we firmly disagree with the suggestion that our fragrances are diluted, we don't want you to feel that you've paid for something you're dissatisfied with.
We sincerely wish you the best, Marcellus.

Very fast 2 Day shipping from FL to LA
Very fast 2 Day shipping from FL to LA. Scents were packaged well in bubble wrap with 3 scents per bubble wrap rolls. Very good for the price considering you get to try a bunch of designer colognes for $8-$12 per scent.
Without this site, i would have blind bought a couple hundred dollars worth of colognes I ended up not liking. But on the flip side, i found a few brands I assumed I would dislike based on notes.
Now they're my top 3. I bought full bottles of JPG LMLP, ADG Profondo, and JPG Scandal.

Good decant company that has good customer service. Their prices are ok in general for 2 ml, but they always have discounts (usually 20%) and have a loyal program where you can get free decants depending on your tier. Also their decants come with tape so they don't spill and wrapped tightly in bubble wrap. Overall solid, and my main decant website.

Hello, the attention of the team is amazing and very fast, they solved my problem with a lot of follow-up, but I would like to be able to identify the perfumes with a visible label.

Quick shipping and the scent is amazing. I tried the 3ml bottle of Carolina Herrera CH Men Prive. Definitely at least looks legit, they wrapped the cap area like it was a mummy. Will definitely buy from them again.

Thank you so much for the kind review!
The mummy comparison genuinely made us laugh, and now we can't unsee it! We've spent a lot of time perfecting our packaging, and if our samples have to look a little mummified to arrive safely, we're okay with that.
We're glad you're enjoying your CH Men Privé, and it means a lot to hear you'll be ordering from us again. Thanks for giving DecantX a try!

We appreciate you choosing DecantX and hope we'll have the pleasure of serving you again soon!

They had a big selection of great fragrances. I ordered about eight samples. They came pretty quick. They accidentally sent me one wrong one. I sent him my email. They responded almost immediately and the next day they sent out the right cologne. They also let me keep the other fragrance. Will be buying more!

Stephen, thank you for giving us the chance to correct our mistake!
Eight samples and we managed to get one wrong. Not exactly the accuracy we're aiming for, but we're glad our team was able to get the right fragrance on its way to you so quickly.
And of course, keeping the extra one was the least we could do for the mix-up. Hopefully, it turned out to be a fragrance worth trying!
We really appreciate your understanding, Stephen, and we're happy to hear you'll be shopping with us again. We'll aim for eight out of eight next time!
Customer service was VERY responsive…
Customer service was VERY responsive and helpful. I ordered a premium decant and it did not smell like what I recalled from originally testing the scent. The customer service rep asked for some basic info about the vial and offered to send a new one from a different batch to see if that made any difference, which it did. Very happy w/ their service and delivery. I'll be using them again in the future.

Steve, thank you for giving us the chance to look into this before writing us off!
The truth is, sometimes customers are disappointed with their orders and never reach out to us. We completely understand the frustration, but it also means we never get the opportunity to show them just how helpful our customer service team can be.
That's why your review means so much to us. You gave us the chance to investigate, try a different batch, and ultimately leave you with a much better experience. We're fortunate to have a wonderful team that genuinely cares about making things right, and we're glad you got to experience that firsthand.
Thank you again, Steve. Truly. Your patience, understanding, and willingness to give us a chance mean more than you might realize. We're grateful to have earned your continued trust and look forward to taking care of you again!

We really appreciate your trust in us, Alan. Thanks for sticking with DecantX!
