Very very shady, what they did to me, i literally told them about funds i sent over not showing up in the account, from my other bank its be completed and received by Deblock bank they said they would look into it for me, after the chat was closed I received an email that my account was terminated for no reason other than to be shady bare in mind the funds are with Deblock and they are blocking all in app chats every single time I try, save your money don’t use this app.

That said, if your account was closed, it was solely because we had no alternative under our regulatory and legal obligations, and to maintain the safety and security of our payment systems.
Please rest assured that all account closures are carefully reviewed and handled by a specialised team. Every decision is made with due diligence and is never random or without valid reason.
Deblock does not retain any funds from closed accounts. If there are any balances to be returned, we will reach out to you directly and process the return within 14 days.
Additionally, any payments sent to a closed account will automatically be reverted to the sender — we cannot accept incoming funds once an account is closed.
We regret that we are unable to continue offering you our services, but we hope you understand the reasons behind this decision.

Scummy practice.
Just like every other reviews here, they suspended my account for no reason and are withholding my funds.
They also told any incoming transfer would be refunded within 3 days and it's been over two weeks now that my client did not receive his funds. They don't bother answering to email, and they've disabled the support section on the app.
Judging from the previous reviews as well, reporting them to the authority and ombudsman would be the correct thing to do.
They still haven't refunded me nor my client, I'd avoid these scammers at all cost.
Update for your answer:
You explicitly said “ The transfer of your remaining credit will take place on the 5th November, so 15 days after the account is closed.” Which hasn’t been done yet as I can clearly see my money is still on the account.
Also you’ve said in your answer to my review
“ Deblock never withholds customer funds — all transfers are automatically returned to the sender’s bank once received”
which is again false, no money was returned to the sender, and you’ve been withholding my money since the 21 of November.

We understand your concern and sincerely regret the frustration this situation has caused. When an account is suspended, a notification is automatically sent to the associated email address with all details regarding the reason, next steps, and refund process.
Deblock never withholds customer funds — all transfers are automatically returned to the sender’s bank once received. Processing times may vary depending on the originating bank and SEPA network delays. We’ve requested the necessary details so our team can review your case as a priority and confirm the refund status as quickly as possible.
Too much questions
I received a bank transfer for sold some properties. And they asked me a lot of questions, And they also asked me for a lot of supporting documents. I obviously cooperated so I can receive my money on my deblock account. But honestly I really hate this kind of protocols, rules, questions… well I really appreciate privacy and I hope all this things will change soon

No service
I don’t usually post things like this, but this situation has gone too far.
After closing my account, Deblock confirmed in writing that a client payment received on my account would be returned within three business days. It’s now been over a week, and my client still hasn’t received their money.
I’ve sent multiple emails to their support: no reply, no update, no proof of transfer.
Deblock is holding client funds and refusing to communicate, creating a direct and unacceptable impact on my client and my business.
This kind of silence and lack of accountability is not what anyone should expect from a company handling financial transactions.
Deblock — it’s time to act. Return the funds and take responsibility.
