Unfortunately, nothing has changed in the past week. I have not received a single email, no communication, no explanation — absolutely nothing. All of my savings remain frozen without any clarification.
In the app, it states that I can contact support via live chat. However, when I attempt to use the live chat feature, I am informed that I can only contact support via email — the same email address from which I have already received no response. This creates a closed loop with no actual way to communicate.
This situation is extremely concerning. Under European Union financial regulations, financial institutions are not permitted to freeze customer funds without proper justification, transparency, and communication. Customers have the right to clear information regarding restrictions placed on their accounts, especially when it involves personal savings and salary payments.
I trusted this service enough to start using the provided IBAN to receive my salary. Having my funds suddenly frozen without explanation is not only unfair but highly distressing.
I am still hoping this is a mistake that will be resolved promptly. However, the complete lack of communication for over a week raises serious concerns. I expect a clear explanation and a swift resolution in accordance with EU financial regulations.
If this issue is properly resolved, I am willing to update my review accordingly.

My account has been blocked and I still do not understand the reason. I have been using Deblock for almost a year without any problems, mainly to receive my salary, and I trusted the service with my money.
It has now been almost 48 hours with no clear update. I cannot access my funds, cannot send messages in the app, and this situation is affecting my ability to pay bills and manage my finances.
I hope this is not related to the ongoing airdrop, because many users seem to be experiencing similar issues. If there is a problem, please communicate clearly and transparently.
What a shame.A whole Deblock can’t run checks for clear explanation.

I was finally able to resolve it, although the customer service with artificial intelligence is terrible.
Even so, I'll improve my grade somewhat.
"My experience with DEBLOCK wasn't bad at first, but I'm not sure if it's due to increasing European regulations, but it has now become a highly discouraged experience. I transfer money from an account with a Spanish IBAN; it takes more than 4 days to arrive, and when I try to buy BTC, the transaction remains pending for 2 days. My funds are locked, and there’s no one in customer service to help, except for a pretty unintelligent AI for days on end..."

This is absolutely terrible! I have added money on my Deblock account in order to buy some crypto assets. Once I bought them my account gets blocked without any explanation in any shape or form.
That was a little strange and disappointing but I got along with it and decided to take crypto out to my other crypto account which was not possible, so then I tried selling it and at least taking the cash to my bank account which was also not possible. Then I became terrified and started texting support inside the app. They were a complete waste of time. Helpless agents!
Could not receive any response from them in more than 48hrs, only the useless AI support bot. So then I tried sending them emails with the same purpose.
Somebody named John several times claimed that my account is unblocked for 24h so I can sell cryptocurrencies and take my money out to my bank just exactly the same way how they got to the account. However every time when I received such email from John no changes occurred on my account. I still could not take any actions apart from contacting the useless AI bot. John from Deblock told me 2 times that I can take my money out and non of them worked.
To sum up, I am still trying to get my money out.
If you want to waste time and nerve cells and loose the sense of safety for the control of your money- Deblock is a perfect place for that.

I am using Deblock since a year ! It’s a great bank. You feel a lot more free than with normal bank where you are stuck if you wanna pay above certain amount etc.
Also if you have any problem they are fast to answer and solve it :)

I like the app but if you have all my information and a copy of my passeport why do you need more like proof of residence ? Android when chating with you're bot we are not able to writte what we really need and have to use you're pre-written answers.

Once I left a bad review, they have straight away contacted me just for the sake of bad review, but with just one message about not worrying about the situation. Now, it is all the same, they don't reply, they don't contact, they ignore. they don't care about their clients. one of their agents, Daniel, contacted me last week, but he turned out to be very irresponsible.

They keep your money pending for 1-2 days nobody reacts on your message. I do not know where the good experience comes from with other people . Started this week and took me already 2 days to get my money transfered in total it’s not a good experience at all
Transferred money from my account and the recipient got it in seconds.
I also used the virtual card, payment went smoothly.
Would be nice to get some airdrops or something but other than that all tip top
