BIG POLISH SCAM DO NOT BUY

Order 130cm bear got one 110cm and its look retard, when i reach them they say send it back and we refound but the package fee is more of the bear, save your self dont buy

I couldn't describe my experience with dearbear without tear in my eyes. I placed order from them on 1st Feb. I never received anything. After enquiring with them multiple times, they said they are out of stock on 22nd Feb. I asked for refund and today is 20th March, I never received any refund. They take days to reply back to any enquiry. I highly recommend you to gamble your money instead of placing any order on dearbear.

The XXL rabbit we got was of bad quality. He was so hairy that we had to pack him up again immediately. There was only a return form in Polish and no commercial return slip, so we had to bear the high costs (bulky goods) ourselves. Nevertheless, our payment was never refunded. We therefore urgently warn against purchasing from this company.
Der XXL Hase, den wir bekamen, war von übler Qualität. Er hat so gehaart, dass wir ihn sofort wieder einpacken mussten. Es gab nur ein Rückgabeformular auf polnish und keinen handelsüblichen Retourschein, sodass wir die hohen Kosten (Sperrgut) selber tragen mussten. Unsere Bezahlung wurde trotzdem nie erstattet. Wir warnen von daher dringend vor Einkauf bei dieser Firma.

Like Wish, you must be prepared to receive a bad quality product that does not look like the website photos at all. Worse, you can find the EXACT same product ( same photos ) on other website but 2x less expensive. To be more bad, they don't answer to emails. I do not recommand at all.
