Section 75 could help with refund
Guys, ask your bank to help follow section 75. This CS is absolutely crap, everything our days is non-refundable. Where is q4 days cooling period, where is the respect. I send them an email 10 min later after been charged, 10 minutes. Nothing. They only care about the money get out from your pocket. Samuel Leeds is share holder here if I am not wrong, let him change the way CS working. Once again, you got right to ask for refund your bank, especially for a payments via CREDIT card, but also and debit.

I missed the cancellation of my free…
I missed the cancellation of my free trial by an hour (I genuinely couldn’t afford the product) and tried to apologise and see if I could receive a refund and was refused. I was unable to speak to somebody and just received automated emails to every email I sent.
I’ve had to raise it as a dispute with my bank as I couldn’t make contact with anybody to discuss paying for the month or doing anything to find a way around it. I’m now £700 in my overdraft.
The lack of communication or been able to speak to somebody is really not great

MUST have for finding property deals
Dealsourcr is by far the most comprehensive property sourcing application I have come across in a while. For ease, the application allows you to filter between different deal types (BRRR/ Buy to SA, and even motivated sellers). With property profiles updated regularly, I am able to access deals that have been on the market for only 24 hours. Included is a deal analysis calculator, so I don't even have to do the maths to determine if the deal is a lucrative one for me! Highly recommended for anyone who is serious about finding deals, and doesn't want the hassle of having to self-analyse for hours on end.

I would give zero stars if possible but want people to see the review. I hadn't realised I auto signed up after a free period and been charged almost £720. I've not used the website since the first time (during the free period, first day) emailed and asked for a refund and got this reply:
Dear Customer,
I understand you're writing about your recent subscription and are requesting a refund, mentioning you signed up for a free trial and haven't used the service.
Our records indicate that your free trial ended on 27/01/2026, 4:17 pm, at which point your subscription became active. All charges are non-refundable once billed. By signing up, you explicitly acknowledged and waived your statutory cooling-off period rights to receive immediate access to our educational content. Your 20% discount (365bonus) was applied to your subscription. You were charged £719.86. For the detailed price breakdown including VAT, please check your Stripe invoice or receipt email.
Your access continues until 27/01/2027, 4:17 pm.
