DDOWNLOAD Reviews

I have premium account since 2 or 3 years. Never had a problem. The customer service answers within one day and you get very clear answers. Furthermore you can pay very easily and safe through bank transfer. No need for crypto or credit card.

Funktioniert immer ohne Probleme. Download rate top

Fast and reliable service (5 stars), but unfortunately, payment was only possible through a provider called “Supercharge,” which only allows fixed payment amounts. Any remaining balance is lost if you don’t have another way to use it, which means you end up losing money. Because of that, I’m deducting one star. Please bring back the option for regular bank transfers!

I mainly use ddownload.com to download files. It works very quickly (at full speed for my connection) and is very reliable. I have nothing negative to say about ddownload.com.

It works without Problems. The download speed is good.

I am using for few days now.
downloads are good with chrome but so far cannot adjust together with jdownloader as it is not compatible with chrome browser.

Great Platform

No problems, Full speed.
You can use it with download programs like JDownloader.
Be a customer for over 10 years. Never had any problems.

Mostly quit good, Sometimes Not.

It's a really great, fast, and reliable service. The price is unbeatable, too. I'm extremely satisfied.
I've been using it for a long time and haven't had any problems. The download and upload speeds are also fantastic.

Very fast processing, download speed always very fast, many payment options...

Easy to use an reliable access
I use it quite often and never had any problems.

Basically the service from ddownload is OK.
But I don't reach full download speed in comparison to other OCH (e.g. 1fichier) downloading only one file. I reach the full download speed from ddownload only if I do parallel downloads (e.g. 10 files).
The yearly price in comparison to other OCH is very well. Also the offered payment methods in comparison to other OCHs.
It seems that files are deleted after few months. Other OCH do store the files much longer.

My experience with ddownload.com has been very positive. I am using the premium service and it delivers exactly what it promises. Download speeds are consistently fast and stable, even with larger files, which makes a big difference in daily use. Availability has also been excellent. The files I needed were reliably accessible, with no unnecessary waiting times or interruptions. This reliability is something I value highly compared to similar platforms. In terms of pricing, the premium subscription feels fair and reasonable for the performance provided. The balance between cost, speed, and service quality is well thought out, and I feel I get good value for what I pay. Overall, ddownload.com does a solid job by focusing on performance, reliability, and straightforward pricing. The service works smoothly and without complications, which makes it easy to recommend based on my experience.

> Everything as described, works great. Happy to do business again.

Ddownload is highly recommended...great bandwidth, fast downloads. I will definitely continue using it!

very good download speed, server availability and fair price

Excellent service. I decided to go with a premium plan and it has been worth every penny. The stability of the servers is great and the file management system is very user-friendly. Highly recommend if you need a dependable hosting service.

Fast and reliable hosting provider with fair prices. Since DD is so widely used, I've been a customer for years and will likely remain one. Highly recommended.

Safe, fast and reliable!
