Shady payment options
The service is good but the payment is as shady as it can get. You have to buy coupons or use strange payment providers. I don't feel comfortable doing that.

Reply from DDOWNLOAD
Dear Nico,
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback.
We understand your concerns regarding the available payment options, and we’re sorry that this made you feel uncomfortable. We work with established third-party payment providers and alternative methods (such as vouchers) in order to support users from different regions and with varying payment preferences.
That said, transparency and trust are very important to us. We continuously review and improve our payment infrastructure and are actively working on expanding and simplifying payment options, including more familiar methods, where possible.
We appreciate you acknowledging the quality of the service itself and thank you for taking the time to share your perspective - it helps us improve.
Kind regards,
DDownload Support

Works well overall, occasional slowdowns
I’ve been using ddownload.com for a while and it has been a reliable service for me. Downloads are usually fast, resumable, and stable, and the site is easy to understand without unnecessary hassle. I like that things generally “just work” and I don’t constantly have to retry downloads. If I had one wish, it would be even more transparency around occasional slowdowns, but overall I’m happy with the service.
If you tell me in one sentence what matters most to you (speed, reliability, pricing, UI, support), I’ll tailor it to sound exactly like you.
