In all my years I have never experience the level of service that DCU extends to their customers. I called today to speak to someone about my account and she just went above and beyound helping me with a few other things although it was pass their closing time. She was amazing and had the nicest southern accent.

I went into the DCU branch on Lexington Street in Waltham not knowing how to use my app. There, I met Linda, who was extremely helpful and vividly explained everything I needed to know. She even created me a debit card on the spot. She’s new there, but she’s really good, and I’m very grateful.
