Joe was great

Joe was great! He was very thorough. He even got me more money than I was supposed to!
It was an overall good experience except for the wait times on the phone. All the times I've talked to them it's been hours but thank goodness for the call back number!

Excellent Customer Service! Very satisfied!

The representative was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. She listened to my questions and was able to assist me in what I needed to do. She explained everything to me very clearly and patiently. She even gave me additional information that was beneficial. I was very satisfied with the service that I received.
