The Team @ DCF are all mazing folks to work with and very knowledgeable about secondary market annuities. I have purchased 3 deals from them over the last year. As a CPA, I understand these types of transactions and the low risk and security of strong rated annuity companies.

I've been working with DCF for about 4 years, and they always are so good at personal service, and holding a case if I need it, and even carving-out cases to fit a particular client purchase price requirement. They always have an excellent selection of structured payments investments to choose from too.

You could send in that one piece of paper with a check and the deal was done!.
