After having multiple contracts through this platform, re-filling the fields of total assets broken down by category every time can be daunting, particularly because we do not track our assets in the manner the application form requires us to complete. Otherwise, we're happy with the entire process that can be completed online and via email exchanges without needing phone calls during normal business hours.

GUI is easy to navigate, explanations are clear

I found your process to be so rigid as to be a complete pain in the a*s. And no one responds to our emails explaining that we do not know how to provide certain additional information you requested. I thought constructing a TIPS ladder was difficult, but I think it might be easier than your application process.

The expense portion was confusing. There should be more explanation. For example, are hobbies and outdoor recreation included in entertainment. What is there a question of yearly expense and monthly expense for entertainment?
