Dan has delivered an exceptional table and Tv unit all in the timetable he stated, the quality of the furniture is outstanding, his business deserves this 5 stars from us we cannot thank him enough

Very poor communication, well extremely poor tbh. My table was delivered poorly packaged in just a little bit of cardboard so I've slight marks all over it, and the delivery is ridiculous so at 18:30 on a Saturday evening a delivery turns up with only a box of chairs I politely asked where's the rest of my dining set only to be told I'm just a delivery driver that's all I've got so I sent him on his way with the chairs I refused delivery, 15 minutes later half way through leaving the most evil voicemail to dk fabs another driver turned up with the bloody table so now i have no chairs! Dk fabs don't email back never answers the phone very unsatisfied is an understatement, why the hell didn't someone from dk fabs tell me my delivery would be coming on 2 separate vans!

Furniture arrived poorly put together. No answer from contact phone number… no response from email when asked how to return item.

Fabulous service from first contact. We're over the moon with our auto gates. Thanks so much Dan and the team. Having the job done when the weather was against it was challenging but they got there working in the cold. Would highly recommend.

Great quality metal/composite gate with professional installation. Only a small business so lead time was long (3 months from order to installation) but worth it. Very pleased with the final product. Face to face contact from survey to installation was great. All were friendly and professional. Most contact by phone/text from the office was poor however. All a bit slack around what to expect and when throughout. It is very much worth persevering despite this.

Used DC Fabrications for a composite fence, they weren't the cheapest but the product looked good quality. The date of the estimate came and Dan visited he was very friendly and professional. We ordered the new fence and was given a date for the fitters to arrive.
The date came but no fitters we had to call to find out why and spoke to Billy who told us there was a problem with the supplier and it would be the following week, that day came but the fitters didn't again we had to call Billy who told us that the replacement posts hadn't been delivered and they would be here the following day. They did arrive that day but only came at 1400 and only two guys but were told that they would have to come again the following day but wouldn't be able to complete the job, at this point my wife called Billy again and told him that we expected the job to be completed the following Monday which he reluctantly agreed to. The Monday morning came but again the fitters didn't, another call to Billy to be told that they had another job to complete before they could get to us as they had to take the rubbish away that had been left in the neighbours garden for two weeks. They did eventually arrive and fit the gate and finish off the job.
The problem with DC Fabrications is the operations manager Billy who quite clearly has little if no fitting experience and doesn't seem to know how long it takes to complete a job and was constantly lying to us about the completion time.
The fitting team Jordan, Jayden and Jack were very professional and did a very good job to a high standard. The quality of the fence is very good it's just a shame we had to go through the amount of stress to get the work completed.
