My partner and I have had a very positive experience with Andrew of DBISS. We commissioned a Level 3 RICS Building Survey which provided a detailed report with drone photography within 10 days of the survey being carried out. Andrew also contacted us on the day of the survey with the headlines to reassure us and make us aware of his headline findings. A highly professional service and would thoroughly recommend.

Andrew of DBISS carried out a RICS level 2 survey for us. Andrew and Livia were very professional in the service they provided from beginning to end. They carried out the survey within a week of request and full report was back the following week. Andrew was available for any further questions we had.

Andrew has conducted a thorough RICS Level 3 survey and report for us. In addition to a normal survey we opted for the drone survey to get a closer look at the roof and we were impressed by the level of detail throughout. All together it took less than a week to get the report back and any queries or questions he was more than happy to discuss. Really recommend to anyone who needs a survey as compared to other surveyors his reviews are top and the pricing is reasonable.

We chose this company based on its proximity and reviews. We needed a RICS Level 3 survey on a Grade II listed property we were considering. We also liked that the company is just one indiviudual so you know who will be doing the work. Andrew was excellent - everything was done as and when promised; he called on the day to give an update; the report was timely and very thorough; and the drone images provided were an excellent supplement which provided helpful detail especially on the roof surfaces. Livia was also very helpful in terms of communication. The price was also highly competitive (in fact lower than most quotes) as we checked on a comparison site. We have had various surveys done over the years and we have no hesitation in giving DBISS the highest recommendation - we would definitely use them again if the need arose.

As first time buyers we were absolutely clueless as to how this all worked but the DBISS team have been very helpful. The report was sent in a timely manner and has been invaluable to us during the house buying process. It was also great that we were able to hear from Andrew right after he viewed the property, my partner had additional questions about things raised in the survey and andrew was happy to talk to us more about them. Very pleased with the service I received. I arranged a level 3 survey which was promptly arranged with the selling agent. The survey report came a week later as promised. It was very comprehensive and I appreciate the cost estimates given for some of the work required. I had some follow up questions which again were promptly responded to.
