Unacceptable and disrespectful…
Unacceptable and disrespectful recruitment. I spent literally days preparing for applying via linkedIN then preparation for first interview then second both of which were fine then third. Obvious it was my age- third interview very upsetting and unprofessional- and told I would be contacted the following week. SIX weeks later I had to email repeatedly and got a different HR advisor fobbing me off. If this is their recruitment culture God only knows what working for them would be - lucky escape apart from the 8 weeks utter waste of my time which unlike them I was not paid for
