A very reliable company. Oil delivered on schedule and so quietly I didn’t even know they had filled the tank. On the rare occasions when I have a problem they respond immediately.

Used this company for years until…
Used this company for years until today. Three different excuses as to why fuel not delivered, having paid for quick delivery, it didn't show up, missed a hospital appointment, no call to say delivery cancelled, not for the first time, and fighty combative call handler who eventually reverted to terms and conditions. Won't ever use these flappers again, give no concern about customer welfare. Have to add the drivers are always spot on, 0 out of 10 for the office staff.

Excellent service
I have been using Darch Oil for the last 25+ years. They have never failed to provide the most excellent service. Their communication is superb and they allow me to raise and reduce my payments whenever I need to. Ordering has always been easy but now, having the online ordering system you can choose how much you pay and when it is delivered. They are 100% reliable and courteous when delivering. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
