I needed to return as the collar wasn't the one I thought I had order ie padded.My understanding is you have to pay for postage when ordered and also returning so this has cost me quite a lot of money so sadly wouldn't use again

Service was good, quick delivery. Had to return as didn't fit my dogs but excellent quality, they have always wear wolters harnesses but some reason they were too small or too big, gutted as i love they style

Well worth the cost
Very fast delivery ordered weds arrived Friday, brought a 2nd lead as a spare as they are well made and stand up to a 16kg sprocker pulling on the lead,not the cheapest but well worth the money my original lead is over 18months old and still going strong
