Possible scam

Been emailing this company for days now to try and find out where my order is as it says it's been delivered but definitely hasn't. No response at all so im fairly confident this is a scam

Arrived pretty quickly as discount…

Arrived pretty quickly as discount stock I was aware no returns .Sadly although I measured prior to ordering I cant for the life of me work out how to make this fit our small springer .She is quite long so dont think this style of harness suits .I persevered and got to fit so all good just needed abit of navigating
