I ordered two items, one of which was not the correct one once it was delivered. DankGeek promptly addressed this mistake and shipped the right item and let me keep the item I received.

I purchased the Grav glass blunt and it is worthless, slides a part, and Dank geek gave me a credit to purchase from their site. Great customer service!

Purchased items twice. After the first bad experience I figured I’d give them a second shot because every business deserves the benefit of the doubt. Both times yielded the same results. Purchased a product. Wait for weeks for a shipping notification. Nothing. Contact customer service and they said oh well we don’t have that item available. Okay well why did it take me reaching out to you to find that out. It should be the other way around and a lot faster. They offer a meager 5% off but I still have to choose a product I don’t necessarily want. That being said I did have the choice to cancel the order but they held up my monies and I just wanted SOMETHING. Sorry but I’m just not down with the practices of this business.

Decent selection, fast shipping, good prices, but that's about all they're good for. I bought a "grav sherlock" from them. When it arrived I opened the box and saw that it was a "grav mini Sherlock".

I sent them an email explaining my issue and they refused to help in any way. They would only help, if I first went on their website and ordered "large Sherlock". I wasn't going to put through another order, and was hoping they'd just make it right and send me the right product... They'll let me send the wrong pipe back, but will charge a 10 percent restocking fee. It makes no sense. Why not just send me the right pipe, keep my 16.99 and everyone's happy? Just be careful when ordering from them.

Found their RIP Program which they give you a nice discount code if you break any piece you have. Decided to take a scroll on their website and was quite satisfied to see them carrying a lot of dope brands and pieces. Found my next favorite Mav piece. Shipping was fast and packing was secure.

I tried to get just the 100 mystery box but it was sold out so i said why not and order the $200 box. Shipping was about a week. So today my box came i received a Arcline beaker dab rig ($299) & anodized titanium 6 in 1 nail & 14mm male banger... over all happy with it...

I can only go off of my experience with this company. I ordered a present for my bf for our anniversary and with all the covid-19 nonsense going on I knew that there would be a delay in shipping but I wasn't sure how long. I called in today and spoke with David. He was apologetic and super nice and even bumped up my order to be shipped as priority. I've purchased numerous items from DankGeek and after today they will have a customer for a lifetime and anyone else I refer to their site. Keep up the excellent customer service!!

I used a Groupon for this company where I paid $15 for a $30 coupon. I applied this coupon to my $50 mystery box and paid the remaining $20 plus shipping. I *thought* I’d be getting roughly $100 of product as advertised. The describe their mystery boxes as “an assortment of glass, swag, gear, and accessories when your box is unlocked!” I received ONE item only. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. I called and was told that **if you use any coupons on your order they deduct that value from what they send you in your mystery box.** Because I paid Groupon $15 and not them directly, they only valued my box off a $20 payment. I tried calling to see if there was anything they could do and they treated me like I was scamming them for using a coupon and should be happy with what I got at all. They offered to send me some “cheap papers, a $10 rolling tray, and a $10 throw away pipe” if I was willing to pay to ship my item back and ship the new items to me.
This was my first and only time buying from DankGeek. I will never make this mistake twice, and I will never buy a Groupon for a pipe store again. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE DON’T BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT OFFERS COUPONS AND THEN DEDUCTS THEIR VALUE OFF YOUR END.

Their return policy only covers you changing your mind before the product arrives (and that's with a restocking fee). Once you open the box, it's yours, whether it is good or a total lemon.
I found this out the hard way when I bought a 280 dollar weed infuser that burnt weed, had wonky WIFI issues and didn't come close to living up to its hype.
I could have and should have bought this from Amazon or any other reputable business that protects a consumer from getting a bad deal from an item they sell.

I bought from the UK and it arrived fast without any breaks. No complaints! I used a discount code from cannabiscouponcodes.com too. :)
