Beware

Straightforward online headshop seemingly. Ordered i pipe I really liked from them, it arrived damaged. I contacted them will proof and asked what options there were. They responded initially, but then ghosted me completely. I have reached out to customer service to no avail multiple times now. Obvi don’t GAF about their customers.

Terrible customer service

The product arrived as expected in good time.
However, my bad experience comes from their customer service. Literal minutes after my order, I found the bong cheaper elsewhere, so I wanted to cancel my order with DankGeek. Should be easy right? Nope. They emailed me days later after the purchased had already shipped, saying, "sorry, it takes [some time] to get to emails" (paraphrasing). I immediately emailed back saying that's alright, let's start the return.
A few weeks later, I've heard nothing back from them about the return after multiple email and call attempts. It took a dispute with their credit-payment partner, Sezzle, and a few more weeks to hear anything back from them.

UPDATE: after Sezzle got involved, DankGeek eventually emailed me and initiated the returns process. Received a full refund. Crazy how wanting to cancel an order turned into a 2 month return wait. DankGeek had fast shipping and low prices, but be sure about your order before purchasing.

Great Bang(er) 4 ur buck <3 DankGeek

My coworker mentioned DankGeek, they caught me off guard but have definitely come through! I received my shipping updates once the order was fulfilled and customer service was responsive. My glass rig was well secured(not sliding around) in the box and definitely well packed.

My neighbor put me on to concentrates and he was impressed with the setup and the price. Encore Banger Hanger for reference. I will be coming back. Thanks!

First Order

This was my first time ordering from here, and at first we hit a rough patch with shipping. I got my tracking number, but had issues with USPS delivering it. The package got sent back to the sender, but I was able to contact Dank Geek and they responded quickly and said the package would be sent back as soon as possible. It took a while, but I got my piece, and it was worth the wait!

Shout out to Alex who helped me out and made sure all my questions were answered.

Ex-affiliate. Robbed by Dank Geek.

We were an affiliate driving traffic to their website and have earned $50 here an there, but one day they shut our account down without any notice. We were expecting another payout, our account had a balance from referrals to their website and when we contacted them in regards they never responded. I've reached out multiple time in regards to the money they have stolen from us that we have earned driving traffic to their website. I feel ashamed for sending customers to them since I can only imagine what their experience was like. Please do not support this company. They seemed legit at first, but something shady is going on and the lack of support is concerning.

5 stars cause they have really good customers service, I bought a banger in the wrong size and they refunded me money and let me keep the one I bought. I've always had good experiences with this company and I love the selection they have.

Never sent, but charged

I ordered an item on Jan 2, 2021. Received an email acknowledgment on Jan 3, which said order would be fulfilled within 48 hours. Their website says shipping transit time is 3-5 days, so at the worst I should have gotten my item in 7 business days. I never got it, & I never even received tracking info. Despite not shipping the item, they posted a charge to my credit card for it. I sent them 2 emails about this, which they never responded to. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card issuer. Lousy way to do business. Will never order from them again.

Scam Company

They will claim that your order has been delivered when it hasn’t. I contacted them 3+ weeks ago and they basically told me there’s nothing they can do about it. Your money will be wasted!

Absolutely garbage. Dankgeek will not ship you an order, and will not be in contact with you. They are fake, and do not actually sell anything. All of the positive reviews are fake, and written by them. Please do not trust or buy from this company.
