AMAZING ONLINE SHOPPING

Dealt with this company over the last five years now and its Twin company Stuarts of London, I have never had any issues with both of them my orders have arrived the following day and in some cases there's been various multiple items and nothing has been missing from the order

There sales and customer service has been excellent any issues regarding money and discounts have been sorted out immediately.

I take my Hat off to them, and highly recommended to online shop with them

great team and after sales.

Dubious online fashion website

Dubious online fashion website! I ordered items since 16 Dec 2022 and never received it, tracking stayed stationary till now, no status, poor customer service, they will not refund, I had to use PayPal dispute service to get my refund for items purchased, they are still holding my shipping fee and will not respond to my email so everyone beware, once they get your money you will receive NO item and NO refund!

SENT INCORRECT ITEM

Unable to leave a zero star rating but if I could I would!! Ordered shorts and sent a hoody, had to pay my own postage to return. In total cost me nearly £10 in postage for a picking error made by Dandy Fellow. They promised to pay initial postage but never did, refunding initial sale only. Avoid this outfit at all costs, they are chances hoping you will accept items you never ordered.

Make sure the item fits you know the item fits you before ordering. Overall ok, but the whole premise of online shopping is that you can send the item back if it doesn’t fit etc unfortuatly their returns policy is awful, i can understand paying to send it back but they deduct the original delivery cost. Next time i'll just pay more so i dont have to bother with this returns policy.

Diabolical customer service

Be very aware!! Diabolical customer service, I purchased new shoes online 08 Dec, the stitching came undone the next day, on first day of wearing - I sent photos and email requesting full refund to Trevor their “customer service manager”!!! No response, ignoring my emails, dreadful customer care.***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY WHO ALSO TRADE AS STUARTS LONDON***

Buyer Beware

be very careful when ordering any items from dandy fellow/stuarts of london
they will offer you free shipping - but if you order a couple of sizes and you need to return or you just need to return because its not what you wanted - you have to pay for your return - which can be expensive if you need to ensure above £40.

but the real kicker is that they will charge you for the original shipping - so free shipping turns into a a fee of £3.95 - so be very aware - you coul dbe out of pocket by £15 if your not careful - make sure you only order one size, you really want the item and that you know it will fit

Slow to reimburse after selling item not in stock

Sold an item, for over £100 that they didn’t have the stock for. Took payment. Then emailed to say sold out but had taken the payment. A week later I’m still waiting for the returned money, credit cards can be reimbursed immediately but these sit on it and are not to be trusted with your money

Ordered some items from them with free postage. When they arrived I felt like they didn't suit me so returned them at my expenses of £5.10 postage. I have now received a refund less £3.95. I have contacted them to ask what this was for to be fobbed of to a link to there website where they have hidden a postage charge if you don't want the items you purchased and payed to return. I will not be ordering again from these what feels like a tin pot company. PLEASE beware before you purchase anything from this site or there partner site.

Poor customer service

The polo shirt I bought online was not available but the website still took my money (£80) and then I needed to wait for a refund. The refund was held up by a number of emails asking if I wanted to buy someone else instead or a polo shirt in another size. When I pointed out I was unhappy with the customer service, my email went unanswered (i.e no apology for the inconvenience) and the refund was simply processed. Would not use this store again or recommend to others.

Not so Free delivery...

Bought a jacket. "Free" next day delivery, good price. However fun starts when you need to return items - all returns have to be paid from your own pocket, which is half the issue. After the refund (which took 5 days instead of stated 2-3 days) noticed that additional £4.99 been deducted. After inquiry i was informed that Dandy Fellow will deduct funds if "Free delivery" was selected by the customer (they call it - Contribution to our Postage&Packaging)!! Would advise everyone - think before you purchase from them as once you need to return something you will be at least £10 out of your pocket.
