When the packing team made a mistake and sent me a wrong bottle Paul went the extra mile and delivered the correct bottle to my house.
Email was answered within minutes of me sending it and it was all resolved within a matter of hours!

Lovely drams
Great company, my whisky arrived safely and in good time. It was well packaged so no fear of any breakages. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is they had my address perfect but didn't have my name on the parcel. The delivery people were unsure who it was meant for although it was at the correct address. Otherwise excellent service. Haven't tried this one yet but everyone so far has been top class. Highly recommend.
